Well I work at this location come on in everybody store is clean in order freshly mad good top notch simple burgers with little subtle twists fries are excellent the wing ,chicken,beyond burgerfi burger is excellent for folks who don't like meat.All around great place for family or couples to grab something quick and fresh.

I arrived at restaurant, and it was busy. The employee in the kitchen acknowledged everyone that entered. At first I thought, this is going to be a long wait. I was wrong. The employee by the name of Jay was outstanding. He took care of taking orders, kitchen, cleaning the tables, bringing food to the customers, and was still a very pleasant person. He helped whomever needed anything and was not bothered by anything. This employee needs to be recognized for doing such an amazing job. We got our food super fast, and it was, like always delicious!! It was a great experience, and when I see employees like this, I have to brag about them. Now these days, it is very hard to find good employees like this one. You are amazing Jay!! Keep up the good work, and know that you are appreciated.

Stephen took our order and was amazing! He made great recommendations and cooked our food to perfection. We got the Breakfast All Day (BAD) Burger, Classic Chicken Sandwich, and Urban Style Fries. Best fries we have ever had in our lives (our credentials: we are from Idaho)!! The burger was so juicy and flavorful. Stephen suggested I add hot pickles to my classic chicken sandwich and that was the best recommendation! We ended with a delicious Oreo cookies and cream concrete. Highly recommend this place!!

I'll never come back to this place, the hamburger was delicious and fries wonderful, !!! But the lady in front service inexperienced !! We waited for about 30 minutes with no trouble but also we had to wait another 30 minutes for a banana shake , she didn't put any effort on it , she also just threw the banana into the vanilla shake and called it a day ! There wasn't a problem with his order.My order on the other hand was completely incorrect. It was missing items and the temperature was just above luke warm.I approached the counter the FIRST time to inform them of the incorrect order. They apologized and said they would fix the problem.When my name was called again, I went to pick up the food. This time, they only had half of the order correct!Strike Two! BurgerFi.I approached the counter a SECOND time to inform them that the burger was still missing ingredients. They said they would fix the problem. At this point, I was losing faith in BurgerFi.When my name was called yet again, I went to the counter, secretly hoping that the order was going to be correct.But, alas, when I got back to the table, the burger was still incorrectly made and missing ingredients.Strike Three! BurgerFi.I approached the counter a THIRD and FINAL time, this time, the manager asked me what was wrong. I repeated the entire process of them getting my burger wrong, three times.She apologized to me for the inconvenience.I asked for a refund for my burger. The burger was $8.99, the gluten free bun was $2.00, the grilled mushrooms, which I never received, were $.99 and the Garlic Aioli which I never received was $ .99.So in total, I paid $13.00 for a burger that I never received. The manager gave me a $9.00 cash refund, I didn't even mention the other $4.00, I was completely over it by this point.My husband enjoyed his meal, but I was left with cold fries and no burger ?!This experience has really soured my opinion of this particular BurgerFi location.I doubt we will ever go back to this location.

The food was delicious but the service was terrible… Incredibly slow (30+ min for a burger, 25+ min for an ice cream that was wrong), cashier didn’t want to talk or answer questions about the food, met us (and all customers) with a dissatisfied face. Tables were dirty. I hate leaving negative reviews but it’s a shame when such a good place with great food gives you a negative experience due to the people at the front. Several other customers complained at the same time. This was April 9 around 3 PM.

I will be comparing my visit to this location to my recent visit to BurgerFi at the Grove.As I entered there was only one couple. Tables surrounding them had not been wiped down. Trash littered the floor. And the condiment area was also littered.I placed my order for a BurgerFi, fries, and a chocolate shake. I had multiple problems completing my purchase with their electronic point-of-sale.When my shake was brought to me it was 1/3 smaller than the shake served at The Grove — same price. The burger was tasty and the buns were not cold like those at The Grove. The fries were much better than The Grove.As I was eating, two couples arrived. After placing their order no matter where they decided to sit, they had ti wipe down both the table top and the seats.When my burger was brought to the table, there was a sheet that lined the bottom of the tray. That was NOT done at The Grove.At The Grove I had placed my burger on bare metal assuming that the tray had been run through the dish washer. Now, I think it was highly unlikely.Finally, after my meal I went to the restroom to wash my hands. While passing the register a young female employee knocked over a medium bin containing ketchup packets scattering them on the floor. With her bare hand she scooped up the packets, threw them back into the bin, then placed the bin back on top the counter.I left BurgerFi realizing that there are significant standards that the franchises are falling way below acceptable levels. They are: (1) Cleanliness; (2) Quality Control; and, (3) Sanitation.I may like your burger and your chocolate shake, but it will no longer compel me to return.

Tasty burger! I like that they have actual fresh jalapeños that they grill rather than pickled jalapeños. So much better! Lashel was super friendly and the service all around was fantastic! I’ve already been back twice in the last two weeks and will be back again soon!
