Visited this restaurant today in the O-Town center and really enjoyed it. Had a CEO Wagyu Burger and onion rings, phenomenal and highly recommend. My business partner got the Hangover Special with a fried egg, bacon and spicy sauce they call “Boom Boom Sauce” and said it was excellent. Had to grab a Oreo custard shake on my way out and WOW this place is awesome. Big Win!

Great location, amazing service and staff, and yummy food as always! The truffle fries are my favorite—absolutely delicious and a must-try. I especially want to give a shout-out to Morgan—she was so friendly and gave us excellent service, which made our visit even better. BurgerFi never disappoints, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an ok experience at burgerfi! If it was for my waitress Morgan It wouldve been a worse experience. And whoever the guy is that was working an older gentleman he was rude and disrespectful to employees in front of customers and that’s not ok in my book

The worker Morgan was amazing. After placing my order I saw that they had cookies and cream milkshake instead of the plain vanilla that I ordered. She was more than happy to help me switch to the cookies and cream and then checked on me to make sure that I was doing ok. I am happy with that level of service.
