I sat in the bar, we asked for some truffle fries. They were the best truffle fries we’ve ever had. And I’ve eaten lots of truffle fries. Hats off to the chef!

This was my birthday dinner and our server made it so special, she made us laugh with her sweet personality, the cocktails were so pretty and tasted divine, the filet mignon were cooked to perfection, the salad we ordered had a persimmon jam in it, out of this world! So fresh. The desserts were also very tasty, I had the corn mousse with a cassis sauce. Thanks for making my birthday extra special!

I'm disappointed every time I come to Disney lately. This was my 4th visit to Citricos. My first visit since the remodel. I have always gotten the short ribs. The new menu item is a smaller portion, more expensive, and not as good flavor. It used to be my favorite restaurant on property, but I won't be returning.
We came specifically to see the Christmas gingerbread house. Alas, it will not be here this year.
Parking was a nightmare. They forced us to park across the street.
Disney has lost their focus on guest service. I hate visiting now.

Simply wow. We had an impromptu reservation at Citricos and it's been maybe 7 years since our last visit. We were blown away. Not just for the excellent service and unique wines, but for the value. For this upscale casual spot, I expected the Disney tax, but no. The bill came well under expectations for what we all considered an amazing meal.

The food, service, and ambience were exceptional. The back private room has the best views as well as comfy booths, and we had a couple coordinators on site for our Wedding farewell brunch today. They worked so well with my mother to coordinate everything that she needed, and everyone was telling us congratulations and helping us with our every need. Our guests really enjoyed the brunch, and we had plenty of time to speak to everyone as we had the room for longer than two hours, which was beautiful, and the unlimited mimosas, bloody Mary’s, as well as a delicious array of soft drinks for those that didn’t want alcohol and coffee and tea station was just beautiful. The scrambled eggs, bacon, French toast, hashbrowns, and of course they make your own omelette. Station was fantastic! The omelette station had a choice of so many things, like salmon, bacon, shrimp, and ham as well as plenty of different cheeses and green toppings, such as parsley or Green onions. The servers were impeccable with their service and clearing the plates right away, it was such a dream for us after a fantastic wedding yesterday. Thank you so much! What an amazing experience.

My wife and I ate here with our 5 year-old daughter and 1 and a half year-old son, and it was phenomenal. Short rib and tile fish were amazing, and the kids’ plates were delicious as well. Our waiter, Calogero, was excellent and went beyond expectations. From consistent service, to even makeshifting an affogato the Italian way for dessert! I would definitely come back for another meal here.

This was the most wonderful meal we have had in a long time! My husband had the Tile Fish and I had the short ribs with cheese grits and Brussels sprouts. Everything was just amazing. Really. The bread was perfect, Rony, our server brought us seconds of bread. There was a brioche role and a multi grain bread. The butter was mango butter, mmm delicious! I had the grapefruit spritzer and my husband, a gin and tonic, again, perfect! Rony was so friendly and helpful with his suggestions! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Favorite dish of the night was the corn bisque to start things off - the black truffle and roasted mushrooms complimented the sweetness of the corn very nicely.

Duck was cooked and seasoned PERFECTLY.

And finally, my last note is on the filet mignon - that sherry-guajillo jus was sweet and savory, but not overpowering for the meat! Chef’s kiss 😘

Disney magic is real. Not only were the servers amazing but when the chef surprised us with a chef a and a picture with all the chef's for that even... couldn't have made that night any better. Oh and the food...chef kiss!

Disappointing and Uncomfortable Phone Experience

I called Cítricos today at about 6:16 PM to add a small note to an existing reservation, and the interaction left me really disappointed.

From the start, the tone felt unnecessarily curt. I was asked a series of questions that, in my view, didn’t seem relevant to the simple request I was making. The way those questions were phrased made me feel singled out, and I perceived parts of the exchange as intrusive and potentially discriminatory in nature. I want to be clear: I can only speak to how it felt from my side of the call, but it was uncomfortable and not what I would expect from a Disney-affiliated signature restaurant.

I was then placed on hold—without any apology or explanation—for something that should have been quick. When the person finally returned, there was no acknowledgment of the delay or the tone of the conversation. The whole experience came across as dismissive rather than hospitable.

I’ve enjoyed Disney dining in the past, which makes this stand out even more. I hope management reviews phone etiquette, sensitivity, and training around how questions are asked, so future guests don’t feel the way I did.

Based on this call alone, I’m reconsidering whether to keep the reservation

Waiter Moses gave us weird comments that weren’t appreciated. Felt like we need to spend a lot on money to get good service. Did not make us taste the wine and brought no ice bucket.

I absolutely loved my filet. Perfect temperature. Really tender. The waiter added to the fine time we had. My wife went with short ribs, which she also loved. I actually liked it better than natcoosi.

Had a wonderful evening at Citrico's
Our server Adrian held her standards high, and did a wonderful job making us feel warm and at home.
She was incredibly knowledgeable about the food, and tended to us perfectly. Great conversations were had with her melding with our evening.
We ordered a variety of dishes and were thoroughly satisfied by each of them.
The ambiance of the restaurant was immaculate and the drinks perfectly crafted to match each aspect of our meal.
We enjoyed some unexpected live music as well, listening with pleasure to the sweet serenading sounds of Blink-182 being belted by the chefs themselves. Haha. 10/10
Had a very pleasant evening and will certainly be returning.
