I got the fish with risotto and my friend got the filet mignon with mocktails and it was fantastic! The service was great. The atmosphere was a bit loud from the kitchen and people talking but it was still nice.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit this time. I ordered sweet corn soup that was brought to me Luke warm. That just makes me crazy, soup is a hot dish. Cold soups are like melon soup. The one thing that Citrico was most known for was their amazing chocolate desserts that were so fancy and elegant. Those are the past now, very disappointing. I go to these nice places for good food but this trip was mediocre at best. It's truly a shame they were amazing once upon a time.
Kid-friendliness: They were good about making food for my nephew that was for his dietary needs.
Wheelchair accessibility: They made accommodation for a wheelchair at the table

The service was great, but the food was incredible! I got the seasonal salad and it was amazing. Then they brought out the bread with guava butter. Never heard of guava butter, but it was amazing. Then we got the Guava Barbecue Shirt Ribs and the flavors were incredible! This was a dish that the server and front desk recommended. They were not wrong! The prices are on the spendy end, but I would say that the food experience was worth the price. Highly recommend going there if you want a memorable dining experience.
Dietary restrictions: They have an extensive allergy free friendly menu.

The food now has a Mexican flair. It was good but not my cup of tea. Had a great time.

Wow. I got the compressed strawberry salad and it was the best salad I've ever had, and I don't say that lightly! The atmosphere of the restaurant is fancy and the interior is delightful. Our waitress was attendant and polite, but I do feel like she was trying to get us to order additional things. The bread is phenomenal, the olive bread is something else! The strawberry salad was the perfect combination of flavors and textures and I was in food heaven. The best dining experience I've had in Disney and honestly anywhere in a long time, 10000% worth the splurge.
Citricos, located in the gorgeous Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is an excellent choice for a night out. The service Adrian gave us was superb! The food was delicious! We enjoyed the Chicken dish and the Beef Short Ribs. The atmosphere was beautiful, with lovely views looking out the huge windows.

Our waitress was amazing. She brought us immense joy. The food was outstanding, and the wine was some of the best we’ve ever had. It was so well done. They had a wine pairing menu, and one of the bottles was changed to where they could only serve as a bottle versus a glass. They went above and beyond the served the glass versus the bottle, just for us.

We had a fantastic experience here. My husband and I ate here with our daughter after a day at Magic Kingdom, and let’s just say the day had caught up to her. She started to cry and immediately our server, Roby, appeared with a bowl of berries for her to eat. He also had her pasta ready very quickly so we could enjoy our meal in peace, and even offered to create a makeshift bed out of two chairs for her when she fell asleep. Hands down the best service ever!
And the food was fantastic! We started with the duck appetizer and the tomato based clam chowder and both were delicious! The tilefish and short rib entrees were amazing as well. I can’t wait to dine here again and try more sure-to-be delicious dishes in a beautiful atmosphere with amazing service.

Not bad food but sllooooow. Really dragged at the end. Our server was kind but took 2 hours for just a entree and to pay.
One of the few great resort restaurants. When you’re right next to Victoria and Albert’s you know they won’t put a poor quality restaurant next to them. Hints of floral notes run throughout the menu. We ordered a few appetizers to sample the menu and were highly pleased with everything

Beautiful restaurant with subtle Mary Poppins theming. Sergio was an amazing, attentive server. Delicious food and cocktails. Perfect for our 10th anniversary dinner celebration.

Great Restaurant to visit for date night or a night with the family. The food is amazing and the service is spectacular.
The pork belly appetizer was tender and the presentation was exquisite.
The steak was cooked to the perfect temperature and melted with consumption. It’s a definitely choice for cuisine.
The fish was alright, it wasn’t bad but wasn’t exceptional. Was our least favourite of all the choices.

To Robin, our server, I’m so sorry-you seem like a lovely person. However we did not enjoy our experience.
From the get go this was an awkward experience when our waiter botched our name and asked about its ethnic origins. How to do this differently: don’t take a stab at someone’s name that you just met. It’s off-putting.
Our service was slow. We waited a half hour for our drinks + bread, then another for dinner. In our opinion that’s too long. Not one single person checked on our waters after they were delivered.
I wanted to order the truffle Mac and cheese as my main dish. I wanted something smaller for dinner. I was told it’s wayyyyy too rich for a main dish-I should get the arancini instead. The only way to describe the interaction is to say our waiter was VERY insistent: “They’re not heavy at all!!
They are.
When our waiter asked about the heaviness of the meal I said it’s deep fried risotto-it’s actually heavy. I should’ve gotten the salad (that was on me!) she offered to bring me one. (Thank you!) Now we are an hour in here. I had no idea how long it would take to get a salad, so I declined.
The Mac n cheese was a major disappointment. We ordered for the table-4 of us. We each had a spoonful. That’s all there was-and for $23 that feels wrong on a lotta levels.
All in all: the food wasn’t bad, the drinks were great, the atmosphere is gorgeous, and our service was reallllly bad. Take that for what you will.
