Stopped for a cocktail and am very glad that I did. My husband and I sat in the lounge, we were able to get seats immediately. Prices were typical for Disney property. The cocktails were creative and really good.

They took great care of us! An absolutely wonderful experience. We had originally planned to eat at Victoria & Albert's, but moved our reservation here due to menu preferences - so glad we did. The entire staff were no nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. 10/10 will definitely go again!

I was excited to go, but sadly disappointed. I got the mahi mahi and as soon as it came to the table it smelled fishy and mahi is not a fishy smelling fish. The fish was dry and lacked flavor. The short rib was good, not great. I will say the apple rose was great though.

Citricos at Grand Floridian - dinner Well our experience there was like night and day compared to Topolinos. Our server was Marion from Romania and he was amazing, but so was every cast member we interacted with. Unlike Topolino's there was a great atmosphere in the restaurant, a buzz of people having fun but without being too noisy and still having the fine dining feel you'd expect at the Grand Floridian. When I told our server Marion I had a dairy allergy and was vegan he enthusiastically told me about the options. He asked the sommelier about the wine and told me which Cocktails were safe. Water and bread was constantly refreshed and he checked on us regularly. Food was great. I had the mushroom arancini and rigatoni and shared the smoked cauliflower with Kate. She had the duck tagliatelle and the mahi mahi. This with a bottle of wine, a Cucumber martini and tip came to $240. The same price Topolino should have been, but a far superior meal and more enjoyable experience.

This is my favourite Disney restaurant, it’s so underrated. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Service was 5 star as was the food. Our sever went out of her way to make it a special evening. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

I first time having dinner at this restaurant. Oh, my, what a dinner, great service provided by Jason, food was fantastic and all over seen by Steven. We can not wait to return.

Citricos had very good food but not a great ambience. They offered caviar but it felt like a typical dinning room. Maybe it was too bright. Or too loud. The service was a little off as well. But the food was outstanding.

We visited Citricos during our trip with couples and had a nice dinner. I was a bit disappointed in this meal because I was expecting a bit more. We had fantastic service from our server, which was the reason for giving it 4 stars. I did not think the theming for this restaurant was as good as it should be. The location and price point could feel a bit more elegant. The menu felt limited, especially the appetizers. Our server got us a cheese board that was not on the menu, which I felt was above and beyond. I had the steak and did not think it was that good. Everyone else thought their meal was good but for the value it didn't blow me away. I have eaten at all of the signature dining and this was by far my least favorite, would like to try this again in the future to see if it was a one off.

I decided to celebrate a work anniversary here. And two friends ended up joining me for dinner. I had the Butter-poached Florida Mahi Mahi. And it was delicious. My friend’s surprised me with a Mickey cake—what a surprise! The cake/mousse was delicious. Of course, I ate the ears first. The staff were are all awesome—what great service. Great atmosphere.

Drop the “practically”, because it was perfect. Wonderful, subtle Mary Poppins theming. Outstanding corn bisque and beef, as others have testified —- we would return just to taste either again. My wife’s short ribs were possibly better, we couldn’t decide. Not planned, but it was Valentine’s Day, and they were slammed, and it still didn’t matter. Our waitress was outstanding and the kitchen still delivered at top volume. A great meal.

Excellent food choice. The waiter was very attentive and helped us select plates based on our taste. We felt so pampered!! It was our 20 year anniversary, we had eaten our wedding dinner at the same restaurant. Of course it’s been renovated since then but all the design details are beautiful. There’s an open prep concept which was fun to watch. I would definitely return.

Something happened in the past 2 years quality-wise with this restaurant. We visited in 2021 and had a great experience, but this time - it's clear the quality of the food and preparation have taken a major hit. The menu hasn't changed in about 2 years, which is a bad sign, but despite this - the meal was NOT the same as it was in 2021. Food was extremely salty, portion-sizes were very meger, and choice of ingrediants very poor (goldfish crackers and babybel cheese for a cheese plate!). The price was in the ballpark of California Grill, but the food was close to Applebees quality. The decor is beautiful and the service was very good - which was the only saving grace. For a brief moment this restaurant was on my "must-do list"... but it's back on the "must-avoid list". If you're gonna spend $250-$300 for a meal at Disney World, you have so many good options, but this is *not* the place... keep scrolling.

We had a wonderful experience here. Our waiter David was excellent and so was the food. The chicken roulade was a bit plain but the filet was excellent. Don’t skip dessert, the chocolate torte and apple rose were fantastic. We even saw fireworks from back dining room.
