Really love the idea of a neighborhood dive bar and everything about The Caboose fills that bill - with one significant exception that explains the three-star overall rating and two-star atmosphere rating. The smoking inside is just plain nasty, especially since they have tables outside. Really feel sorry for the employees who are stuck breathing it throughout their shift. Were it not for the smoking, it'd definitely be five stars all the way.
