I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment we walked into Café Pinton, things felt off, and I should’ve trusted my instincts. First, we waited nearly 20 minutes just for someone to take our order. No greeting, no acknowledgment—just pure neglect. When someone finally did take our order, they managed to get it wrong. I ordered a naranjilla juice, expecting something refreshing and delicious, but what I got was undrinkable—it tasted sour and artificial, nothing like what it should be. When we sent it back, I assumed they’d remove it from the bill, but nope, we were still charged for it. To make matters worse, the server never even sent my food order to the kitchen. So after all that waiting and confusion, I left without even eating. The service was disorganized, inattentive, and frankly, disrespectful. This wasn’t just a bad meal; it was a horrible experience from start to finish. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else—this place isn’t worth your time or money

Terrible service, waiting for a plate of onion for an hour and it never arrives, besides the dishes are not good, be prepared if you are going to order chili, $3 dollars per container of chili, or extra charges

Just started tasting Ecudorian food and by far think I found my fav. Great food and service, the only complaint I have is I wish this place was bigger. I recommend the Tigrillo for all my mofongo lovers.

I'm from Ecuador, and I have an infinite love for Ecuadorian food, they recommended this place in Orlando to me because it's the only one I've found so far (if you know others, please let me know). The first time I went with some friends, I fell in love with the mixed bolon, it is super delicious 9/10 recommended, the service was 7/10 they took a long time to serve us and for the food to arrive 30 minutes longer. I wanted to give them another chance and I went again with another friend, this time I ordered the fish encebollado, I recommend it only if you really have an incredible desire to get rid of the sting of the onion, the consistency is very liquid, the albacore portion seems very Well portioned, the flavor is not that of the real encebollado, I suppose because the ingredients are American. 7.5/10 recommending if the desire is very strong. The third time I went the attention was too disappointing coming from the owner of the restaurant, they forced us to sit at a high table when the restaurant was empty. And the lady's attitude was totally out of character. We ordered the mixed bolones, which I think is the only thing that never fails in this place. We told the waitress not to put hard salt on one of the bolones because my partner is allergic to peanuts. After 30 minutes of waiting, they gave us the bolon with the brown salt. As I'm saying, it's the only Ecuadorian restaurant I know so I have to go :)) but with this last one I learned to only order the food to go and check the order.
In general I rate the food 8.6/10 and the service 6.5/10.
