This review is specifically for the Marvel Character Dinner. Overall this was an excellent character dining experience. Every character we met was perfectly playing their role and spent plenty of time chatting and taking pictures with every party. They each visited us multiple times throughout the meal and even made the effort to remember personal details about each party. I can't say enough good things about these actors. As for the food, it's buffet style with a decent variety. I thought all of the food was good, but the dessert selection was pretty minimal. The experience was a great value since the price includes the buffet, the character interactions, as well as all of the professional photos taken throughout your meal. It was very relaxed and not rushed whatsoever. If anyone in your family is a Marvel fan this is a can't miss experience and I would highly recommend it.

me and my 4 other friends came here and it was awful. the food took 40 minutes and was cold. my food (meatball sub) was personally ok. my friends got the fettuccine alfredo and said it was undercooked, chicken was dry, bland, breadsticks were bad, watery, and unseasoned. my friend with the spaghetti and meatballs said the same. the service took so long that we had to go grab our food. one of my friends food never came, gave her the wrong order, and finally came after an hour. if you want good food, you could go to the dollar store to get better food than this. do not come here under any circumstances.

SAVE YOUR MONEY , Not worth the time , we got the superhero meal ,very unorganized ,sat there for an hour and twenty minutes , my kids sat and watch the superheroes visit other tables 2-3 times before they finally came to ours , and only 2 of 6 superheroes stop by before we had to leave , we sat for 20 minutes before getting drinks or silerware, I said something to 2 different staff members before we got drinks and my kids walked up to captain America and he was short and rude to them and the food was average at best . I would not recommend this experience

Waited 40 MINUTES for just two slices of cheese pizza with salad, EVERYONE who works here looks like they hate their job, moving slow and looking unapproachable. It took me asking twice about my order to finally get it, Go to thunder falls instead, for almost the same price got a plate of delicious pork, potatoes & corn and within 10 minutes our food was served.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. You have been warned. I went in with my family as one in my party wanted pizza. We ordered separately but at the same time. The pizza came in about 5 min and was consumed while I was waiting on my order for a salad and pasta. I waited 20 min in total at the quick service Resturant before asking for a refund as I didn’t want to wait any longer as waste the day waiting. By the way, you can only mobile order, no exceptions. When I went to ask for a refund one of the servers behind the counter proceeded to have an argument with me saying “THESE THINGS TAKE TIME” I was shocked as I had simply said I’d like a refund as I don’t want to wait any longer and miss out on rides. She then proceeded to continue to argue with me on why did I bother to order. Even the supervisor had to tell her to leave. Avoid this place

This is a restaurant in an amusement park, so set your expectations accordingly. The menu is very limited, there are no free refill on drinks, and you must order on the park suppied app. All that being said I had the meatball sub and it was good, but overpriced,but again you are in an amusement park,,,
