I have been a client for many years. Today I was craving empanadas. I was in Kissimmee running errands. Even though I was very hungry, I didn't stop at any restaurant. Well I purchased a coffee and 2 empanadas. I asked if they were fresh and they told me yes. When I tried eating one, it was cold, not even crunchy. I went back to the store and I was told me that they were not able to do anything. I left the empanadas there and left. I called the manager. She told me that they couldn't lose two empanadas. When I told her (Paola), that she was loosing a client, then she offered me the option of me coming back and that she will fry them for me. I rejected the offer been that I was on my way home. I don't look for free food, but I wanted what I paid for. Not planning to go back.

The best and most delicious of Orlando
They have good empanadas, but the chicharron and the arrepas taste like Old Oil, it has happened to us the times we have gone. Even the corn arepa tastes like old cheese.
Good attention

I have been a customer for many years, I love the flavors and the people who serve but today I am 100% disappointed.
It turns out that I never ask for a receipt and today I decided to ask for one.
To my surprise, Cafe de Colombia is charging us an additional tax of 4% of the total purchase when we pay by card.
I know places that do it but they inform you and you decide if you agree or not.
Café de Colombia DOES NOT INFORM ITS CUSTOMERS THAT WHEN PAYING BY CARD THEY WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL TAX of 4%.
They are being very dishonest because they are pocketing all that money without our consent.
BE CAREFUL to ask for your receipt.
Comes out as: NC (4%)

Been coming to this place for a couple of years and food and pastries were good and fresh. Today I came before 7am ordered chicarron and arepas to go. Food tasted old and reheaded. I think they sold me leftovers from the day before. It was inedible and I tossed it in the garbage.
The cheese breads are uniquely soft...
The empanadas super
The coffee is delicious and I find it expensive like other places.
Have to give then 5 stars
