Food was a let down. Sauce was packets, arepas (taste like bricks), pork rind okay, empanadas chicken, meat, and cheese 2/10. With that being said this is my sincere review.

Prices are really good! I got two empanadas and they were pretty decent, just wish they were a little crunchier. The place looks clean and organized. No tables though, it’s only for takeout.

Little below mid. Hard and dried pastries. Told me they didn’t have pony malta but handed a lady one right after saying that and after i finished eating outside after 20 minutes I saw someone else walk out with one in their hand. They are my favorite so that struck. And the motive? Laziness? Selective favourism? Not a professional or kind motive thats sure.

The food is amazing. Their recent change in staff has been noted, unfortunately more in a negative way.

The service and attitude is hit and miss, at best.

Very few employees are very friendly and helpful. Others, on the other hand, are very arrogant and lack the desire to help customers.

The change from small ownership to corporate ownership has been noticed.

I've been coming to Cafe Colombia since 2008 and I typically make purchases over $50-$75, as I don't live close by and I freeze what I buy to make it last a while.

I love the food, bread, and pastries.

I have been a client for many years. Today I was craving empanadas. I was in Kissimmee running errands. Even though I was very hungry, I didn't stop at any restaurant. Well I purchased a coffee and 2 empanadas. I asked if they were fresh and they told me yes. When I tried eating one, it was cold, not even crunchy. I went back to the store and I was told me that they were not able to do anything. I left the empanadas there and left. I called the manager. She told me that they couldn't lose two empanadas. When I told her (Paola), that she was loosing a client, then she offered me the option of me coming back and that she will fry them for me. I rejected the offer been that I was on my way home. I don't look for free food, but I wanted what I paid for. Not planning to go back.

It really is amazing the price they have on pork crackers, two little pieces that don't even get 1/4 pound for $6.75, plus if you pay by card they charge you 4%, in short, they really shouldn't be open, what a shame, after I asked for it and told me that I had to pay by card, I told him that I didn't want it and he told me that I had to pay it, I mean, he almost forced me. Lousy lousy I will never return here. Pay $14.92 for the photo content. WATCH OUT. GET AWAY FROM THEM

I’ve been doing to this bakery for over 10 years. El pan de bono, bunuelos and pan con queso have changed . Salty, cheap cheese. Does not taste Colombian. The prices have gone up, and the quality of the food disgusting.
