I have been to two other Rosen buffets, but not at this location. The other two were more organized to check in, the tables were comfortably spaced and the food was mostly in the same area. I did not like that there was food served in so many different places, the chairs and tables were too tight, making it difficult to walk in. But most of all to have to pay once you were there when it was already done online, and then do two lines just to have to walk to be seated I feel was unnecessary. I will definitely make sure if we return, we go back to the other location. They are more organized. I must say though, our waiter was very nice and attentive.
We had a wonderful experience on Christmas day. The process of registering was quick and easy. The food was great and so was the service. This is our fourth time doing this and we really enjoy it and plan to do it again next year.
i have been 2 times and enjoyed it both times i will return next year if they hold the event in orlando staff-excellent food-delicious and professionally done thank you for doing the event on christmas day it is appreciated much
Overall it was good. Only minor issue was lack of hot vegetable options. No mashed. Medley of veggies would've been nice.
We frequent Cafe' Gauguin over the past few years including the Mother's Day buffet & the Easter buffet. This was our first time going to the Christmas Day buffet and it did not disappoint. The service was first class from the check in, to each food station, to our waiter. The variety of food is so large that there is plenty to choose from for everyone, even vegans. High quality preparation of the food is clear & evident in literally anything you taste. I loved the prime rib, Jonah crab claws, eggnog cheesecake and the entire breakfast station! The only thing that was missing was Mr. Rosen himself who would greet literally everyone's table during their meal. May he rest in peace and I'm so happy to see the level of excellence he established is continuing on with his outstanding staff.
We ate at the breakfast buffet at the Rosen Centre for three days during our conference, and the food options were excellent. There’s an omelet station (which was consistently great), a fresh fruit bar with yogurt, cereal, deli cuts, and cheese, plus a hot bar offering a variety of meats, eggs, potatoes, and pancakes. They also have a bread counter with toast, bagels, croissants, muffins, and assorted pastries.
The staff were friendly and quick to keep water and coffee refilled. Overall, a great way to start each day.

My Family and I had a Wonderful time at this restaurant. The Waiter Aziz was our waiter. He was so Kind and Excellent!!! His customer service was on point. The Chef Lionel/Lonnie/ Leno (not sure how to spell his name)was really Kind too. My baby has a lot of allergies and he accommodated us. He brought my son food from in the back so his food would not be contaminated. If you are ever in the area this is definitely the spot to visit.

I only went for breakfast, the atmosphere is comfortable and the Service at the table is for coffee and withdraw the voucher, which I was given during check-in. The admission should be more agile, you have to wait for someone to locate them and it is not very fast.
Attending a meeting here and very few convenient food options so I've had several business meetings here. Always a smorgasbord, no menus options. Food is subpar at best.

Very nice spot within the Rosen Centre Hotel for an all you can eat breakfast. Of course, the friends I shared breakfast with made it even better. The bacon was crispy and the chicken sausages were amazing. There is an omelette station and you can even get pancakes or waffles made to order. There is an assortment of fruit, including blueberries and strawberries. Beverages are also included. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a great breakfast at only $20 + service charges. $20 Price was worth the experience, but we did not like the 18% service bill added. Hence, the reason for four stars instead of five.

My wife is Gluten sensitive and the chef came out to the food buffet and walked her through everything that was gluten free.
Salad and dessert were decent. However, main dishes were very unappetizing.

If you're looking for a buffet with fresh food options then this is not the place for you. I was invited here and did not enjoy many of the food options. Seafood was frozen and defrosted, The One steak option was room temperature and was not tasteful, staff were great but not in Sync. They said they had lamb but it turned out to be Ribeye, they said they had pineapple juice but didn't. With 22% gratuity you're paying almost $90 a person. This makes it the most expensive & dumb decision you'll make for the day. Go to a fine dining restaurant for the same price, better atmosphere and easily accessibly to your car. Food is 0 Stars, if they charged me $15 to go back there and eat again I still would not return. They invested in Overstaffing instead of investing in fresh ingredients.
