I only went for breakfast, the atmosphere is comfortable and the Service at the table is for coffee and withdraw the voucher, which I was given during check-in. The admission should be more agile, you have to wait for someone to locate them and it is not very fast.
Attending a meeting here and very few convenient food options so I've had several business meetings here. Always a smorgasbord, no menus options. Food is subpar at best.
Very nice spot within the Rosen Centre Hotel for an all you can eat breakfast. Of course, the friends I shared breakfast with made it even better. The bacon was crispy and the chicken sausages were amazing. There is an omelette station and you can even get pancakes or waffles made to order. There is an assortment of fruit, including blueberries and strawberries. Beverages are also included. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a great breakfast at only $20 + service charges. $20 Price was worth the experience, but we did not like the 18% service bill added. Hence, the reason for four stars instead of five.

Excellent food selection and delicious too. We ate there for lunch and it was so good we came back the next day with friends.

My wife is Gluten sensitive and the chef came out to the food buffet and walked her through everything that was gluten free.
Salad and dessert were decent. However, main dishes were very unappetizing.

If you're looking for a buffet with fresh food options then this is not the place for you. I was invited here and did not enjoy many of the food options. Seafood was frozen and defrosted, The One steak option was room temperature and was not tasteful, staff were great but not in Sync. They said they had lamb but it turned out to be Ribeye, they said they had pineapple juice but didn't. With 22% gratuity you're paying almost $90 a person. This makes it the most expensive & dumb decision you'll make for the day. Go to a fine dining restaurant for the same price, better atmosphere and easily accessibly to your car. Food is 0 Stars, if they charged me $15 to go back there and eat again I still would not return. They invested in Overstaffing instead of investing in fresh ingredients.

We made reservations but really didn't need them. The host was very nice as well as the waitress. Food was good but my biscuit and gravy were ice cold. Our omelettes were good but I asked for bacon and cheese—chef somehow added ham and I had to pick it out. Oatmeal was good as well. Staff was nice and offered to fix everything but we were done by that time and needed to leave
You are met with $28 bucks to park the car! The service was fine and our two servers were very attentive to us. The food was dreadful, the beef was stone cold and chewy, there was no type of potato/ fries to add with any meat, I asked if there were any, and was told, there were breakfast potatoes in the breakfast section, not what you want with your main meal in what I thought was meant to be a fine dining experience. The breakfast section had, a display of pound cake, pop tarts that looked like I was in a gas station. I lined up for a fresh waffle, as I waited I watched the chef peel off dried rolled up edged pancakes from the top layer of pancakes in the heated tray, the one's underneath didn't look much better. When I got my waffle I ask the chef if there was fruit or whipped cream to have with the waffle but sadly he said no. The kid's section was a mess, with food all over the table and floor, and there was a chef telling a staff member to clean it up, but the staff member replied, I have just a couple of minutes ago, but the next time I passed it had been cleaned up. The venue was rather dark and gloomy, with cheap dinner looking seats and tables. I was handed a rose at the table with still had large thorns on the stem! The meal cost $100 bucks a person with the cost of the parking added to it, I left feeling hungry and upset that I had just wasted my money and Mother's Day. I will never return to this place and I would not recommend it for others either.
From an execution and delivery standpoint everything was well organized and laid out. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and the photo ops with the backdrops and balloons were also a nice touch. The map with the layout of the stations and details of the offerings was also appreciated. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind and the General Manager even came by our table. The food selection was extensive and plentiful with a wide array of options. The one thing we felt was missing were mashed potatoes. Thank you to the Rosen team for a wonderful Mother's Day!

Everything that was available on the buffet was fantastic. We were not able to try everything because we just could not eat anything else, and I did not see anyone that did not look like they could not find anything to eat based on what they decided to eat and the smiles on there faces.
We were very disappointed. We attended the Mother's Day brunch at Rosen Centre last year and it was fabulous. It was held in a large ballroom. The food and presentation were awesome. When I booked this event I was expecting the same experience. This year was very different. It was in a very small, very crowded restaurant. The tables were so close together you could barely move around. We were also seated in a "booth". I don't expect to have to slide across a seat to sit when I am all dressed up for a special occasion. The food was average, about the quality of a Golden Corral. The pork and beef were very dry. There was no potato choice just rice as a side dish. If you did not eat rice then you only had vegetables to choose from. The service was not good. When we were first seated we waited a while and nobody came to our table. We finally got up and went and got some food. We were halfway through our plate before someone came and offered us something to drink. We will definitely not be back next year.
For the amount of money they charged $69.99 per person for Mother's Day brunch. The hall was poorly decorated, the food were small portions. They promoted sushi and only had 3 kinds of, the meat was all fat and the shrimp bar were frozen shrimps.
It's amazing that this has not been renovated and an actual international buffet put there We barely ate anything food looked it had been sitting out a while it was empty should have been good indication it was bad very limited options
My wife and I had Easter brunch. It was delicious.
