The amount of food and drink for the price you pay is just laughable.

That tiny glass of wine was $14. Not even using a real wine glass, it’s plastic.

The lines are huge — you have to order through the Epic app, as usual in this park, which is pretty convenient 👍 But the food left me confused. I expected a more authentic tavern in the Harry Potter area, and instead got a modern-looking “almost restaurant.” Ordered a steak — got a patty 😅 I’ll give this place a 3, and that’s being generous. Waited about 10–20 minutes, and honestly, it wasn’t worth it.

This place is dressed up to look fancy but its basically a mess hall. Service sucked. They dont have servers so you need to order through a stupid app, which i had absolutely no way of knowing. My wife and I sat waiting for a server for almost 20 minutes. The food was incredibly mid. I order what I thought would be similar to a steak frites but was literally just a burger patty with sauce on top.

Terrible service. We got there at 9am sharp and waited more than 30 minutes to get our food, and after many other guests that had arrived much later than us.

Easily my favorite quick service place to eat at Epic Universe. The food is very excellent. The atmosphere fits the theme of French cafe very well. It is a bit loud and crowded but that’s true of most restaurants at Epic right now. We got the quiche and butterbeer crepes for breakfast one day. They were both excellent and the best quiche I’ve had at a casual dining restaurant ever. For lunch we got a baguette sandwich and the French onion soup. Both of those were also very very good. The artwork and aesthetic is also amazing. I’d strongly recommend checking it out!

My steam with mashed potatoes was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. Shame it wasn’t warm, but it sure was great. Beautiful decor too in the restaurant.

Great food! But let’s give a group of two guys both with entrees 1 paper napkin…. That makes sense. If you need more you have to wait in a line in order to grab more…. Make it make sense universal.

Fries were cold but the sandwich was good. They drop the food and run so heaven for bid if you need anything because they is no station to be able to help yourself for things like napkins or ketchup. Trying to catch one to help you is impossible. I wouldn't eat here again.

My wife and I both got the Poulet à la Provençale / Roasted chicken and it was *really* good!

Just a quick heads up, there's not really a waiter. You order (and pay) for your food through the mobile app by scanning the barcode on your table.

Our food came out within about 7 minutes of ordering! So it was super fast!

The tomato olive vinaigrette was absolutely incredible! If I was going back again I would ask them to add a little extra sauce since they don't really give you a lot. But otherwise, absolutely fantastic! Very light as well. Not heavy at all.

Chicken and fingerling potatoes were both really good!

Highly recommend!!

The turkey sandwich on baguette was good. The bacon quiche that my wife had was amazing! We also got the best Creme Brulee I think I've ever had. Highly recommend going here. The problem for me is I'm not sure I'll really try any of the other food at Epic on return visits now haha.
