Paid $100 per person for dinner, took the waiter over 15 minutes to come to the table after we were sat, then we had to listen to children and adults blasting hundreds of new years horns that the restaurant handed out as people walked in. As loud as they could the entire time! I have videos!

Café Osceola offers a great experience with excellent food and very good service. The staff are nice, respectful, attentive, and helpful, providing wonderful and great service. The environment is very good, with a beautiful holiday setting featuring lovely Christmas trees and pretty views of the pool and open space.
The food quality is amazing and delicious, with an amazing choice. The Christmas Day buffet is very good, with absolutely delicious savory food and lots of seafood including oysters and carvery stations. Desserts look amazing, and the cookies are lovely. The buffet offers bottomless mimosas, Prosecco, and free-flowing champagne. While the shrimp is served in shell, staff will remove it upon request.
The booking and arrival processes are easy. The standard is very high, making it a highly recommended place for a festive date. Guests would definitely recommend it and return without hesitation.
