Decent little hot food deli and convenience store. It's right next to the pool so they carry pool supplies and a decent selection of essentials like beer, wine, sodas, and things like that. Food was good for the price but nothing exceptional but the service is always fast so it makes up for it.

The location of this store is perfect, looking for a meal by the pool or a late night snack this place hits the spot. I do have to have to say, they have great fries. They also offer coffee, drinks beer and other typical things you may need on vacation. It's more like a convenient store. They man who was there every time we went was extremely polite and does a great job handling all the customers.

We chose this Hilton location over the other options here in Orlando, and this little store was a highlight of our experience.They stayed open late enough to get late night snacks and medication and the food was always good! Definitely a better bang for your buck than most places we visited.However, the gentleman that served us most days was awesome. Mounir was always polite and always had a positive attitude when serving us. This guy we will miss the most from this little shop.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful- especially Jorge who helped with check-in! The location was great as it was near many of Orlando's attractions! The amenities and rooms were average, but fine for our needs. Our 3 bedroom unit was ample space for our extended family of 7. The third bedroom was small, but worked fine for my son and me. Additionally we had no trouble finding chairs by the pool and 9 year old loved that there was minigolf and shuffleboard on site! I would consider another stay if I visit Orlando again.
My family has been staying at Cypress Pointe for vacation for over 15 years. Consistently clean, friendly, casual. Much different than usual spring break trips in that the availability of pool seating, general quiet and lack of crowding was a nice surprise. We would come back in August again.

We stayed on building 5. Only ice maker in the area was building 2 ( across the property) We had to drive to it. We needed the ice to keep the fridge cold for my meds. We would hear people clearly outside and in the room over. Check in was slow, The internet went down at check-in. Staff said it goes down all the time. Once done with check in we had to get a parking pass, The lady worked with Hilton and tried to get us to go to a time share. After i said no she kept pushing. Saying slots fill up fast and we can get a free night stay. All in All I Highly recommend staying at the west gate across the street! Stayed for one night.

We always stay at Cypress Pointe, clean and friendly and the location to all surrounding amenities is perfect. One mile to DIsney and 3.5 miles to Universal. Many surrounding restaurants and shopping near by, including name brand stores within a large outlet mall.

The accomodation surpassed my expections of a 3 bedroom. 3 separate bathrooms was an added surprise and very welcomed. The 2 guests traveling with me were very pleased and kept telling me how they loved the resort.

Yes, it is older and yes, it needs updating to be like the newer hotels but, for me, it's about the overall experience. We are frequent travelers and have stayed in some sketchy places, some bougie places and everything in between. I will always choose happy, helpful and kind staff over anything else and this is why we come back. I booked my November trip before we even left the room! The Volcano still doesn't work but we live here in hell anyhow so who needs lava??♀️
