the service meal at Cala Bella were outstanding. We ordered the charcuterie board and it was not only beautiful, it was plentiful and delicious. The cured meats in particular were fresh and really tasty. I then had the oxtail pasta. It was light, well seasoned, and the pasta cooked perfectly. This was carefully prepared to skim off all of the fat; the meat was tender ; the meal was absolutely delicious.
We are attending a convention at the Rose shingle Creek Hotel in Orlando, Florida. One night we decided to eat at the Italian restaurant which is just so lovely. The service is perfect and the ambience is lattractive. Most of all, the food is superb.
The waiters and waitresses were top notch. They consistently checked on us to make sure everything was tasting good and that we didn't need anything else. When we had a problem with our alcohol drinks as far as flavor, there was no hesitation in those being taken away a new drink was brought to the table. The food was vibrant, fresh, and flavorful.
