Now it has become my favorite place when I go to Florida, it was extremely fun and welcoming, enjoying the atmosphere with amazing dancers, being able to dance is also an extremely pleasant atmosphere for me since I enjoy the attraction, belly dancing is my passion and when I come here being able to enjoy the dancers and share with her is much more, what a pleasure it is simply happiness

A review said this place was a hidden gem, and they didn't lie.
Everything I tasted was cooked to perfection. They seemed to he short staffed, but LC did as good as someone could possibly as possible. He accommodated our seating needs, gave us a complimentary desert for my wifes birthday, and was a great host.
The shrimp alone was great, but the shrimp scampi was amazing. You can taste the high-quality olive oil they used. The chicken and shrimp fettuccine were both amazing as well. They tasted even better once we took them home.
The mashed potatoes were good but a little grainy for my taste. The burger was arguably better than the fettuccine, and the steak fries were a perfect accent to the burger.
We sat outside the restaurant with a beautiful view of a pond surrounded by trees with the option to dine outside if we chose to. The inside was equally inviting and I even saw a classy private dining area for special events I assume.
The takeaways were my food came out late, due to short staffing, but As I mentioned earlier LC compensated us for the wait. He did bring out Chicken Fettuccine instead of shrimp but again he compensated me by giving me the chicken fettuccine free and still giving me the shrimp fettuccine I ordered. The look on his face said everything and I could tell he was being genuine and doing his best, something I truly appreciate.
Next time I am in Orlando I will for sure he back, I may go back again before I leave.

There was only the manager or owner working the floor the night we ate here and he was amazing even though we did have to get his attention at the start to be told to seat ourselves. After that though he was awesome and very attentive.
The food was some of the best I've had in awhile and I love great food. The ossobuco I had was superb and no one at my table of 5 had any complaints. Well unless you don't enjoy your meatballs packed with meat and dense. If you want filler then maybe you'll complain a bit but that's an individual taste... And the taste of the meatballs was delicious.
Price was will under what I would have paid for this meal and the atmosphere was surprisingly more modern than you would expect pulling into the parking lot. Oh and the salad dressing we learned is made in house... Not something you see very often any more.
All together, eat here. Enjoy it. You won't regret it.

This place blew me out of the water. 18 years in service industry, I consider myself a restaurant guru. The food here IS the best in all of Orlando. Service was top notch. After seeing one bartender/server/manager and one chef I was weary. And totally wrong to be. Exceeded expectations 100 fold. Will be back 2/3 times a week.
Every bite we ate at Calypso was a pleasure, From the steak taco appetizers through the ossobuco. If you are staying at any of the resorts on International Drive, find time for the short drive to this fantastic little restaurant and the excellent meals they serve.
