Calypso Bar & Grill in Orlando was outstanding! The filet was cooked to absolute perfection — tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and the drinks were phenomenal. I had the filet with a margarita, and both were spot on. The outdoor seating made the evening even better with its relaxing view of the water. Highly recommend for a great meal and atmosphere!

I had the trio surf and turf. To be honest the shrimp and scallop seasoning was too salty for my taste, but the filet was cooked (medium-rare) and tasted as well as any I've ever had (my wife and I seek out good filets and don't much care about price), so 5 plus stars just for that. The service was also second to none. My mom had the Calypso burger and my daughter (5y/o) the kids qesodilla. Fantastic and yummy! Respectively. My wife had the Picanha steak and black bean thing and it was also amongst the best she had ever had (I've never had it before, but Itried the meat and beans and it was delicious!!!) For what it's worth; my wife had the strawberry daiquiri and it was delicious. My daughter had orange fanta and it tasted like orange fanta. My mom had the sweet tea which she said was like canned sweet tea, so was good (her words, not mine... and I would have sent it back because I hate canned.) I had a long island. It was good. Do recommend.

Had a great time at the Calypso Bar & Grill for Sunday Funday Happy Hour. The bar special for $15.00 is soooo good. Enjoyed it very much. Matija(manager) & Sarah(waitress) were a pleasure to talk with. The music & service were great & so was the atmosphere. We stayed at the Parc Corniche for the 6th time & the Calypso Bar is our go to place for food & drinks. Always look forward to start our vacation at the Calypso Bar. We had a fantastic evening at Calypso Bar and Grill! I was in town on business, and my wife came along for a mini-vacation. We honestly stumbled upon this gem because of its proximity to our hotel, and what a happy accident it turned out to be.
When we arrived, we were a bit confused at first, our Lyft dropped us off at another hotel, and we weren’t sure if we were in the right spot. Just then, the owner walked out, greeted us, and asked if we were looking for a table. From that moment forward, the experience was nothing short of outstanding.
We only ordered small plates on our first visit, but the service and hospitality more than impressed us. We ended up chatting with the owner and learning about his Serbian roots and his ambitions for the restaurant, which made the evening feel that much more personal. The atmosphere was welcoming, and every member of the staff was warm and friendly, it felt like dining among friends.
We enjoyed it so much that we came back two nights later with a friend for karaoke night. This time, I ordered the Surf & Turf, and it looked exactly like the photos online and tasted even better. Every bite was fantastic, and it’s clear they take great pride in both presentation and flavor.
This place has quickly become a must-visit for us. We’ll absolutely be back every time we’re in Orlando. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

Honestly, hidden gem. This place is amazing. The staff is super attentive, often giving suggestions on the menu. The food is delicious and very filling. Drinks also very delicious. Although I've only been here twice I can definitely count this as a must go spot if you want to chill and have a good time. Definitely a hidden gem of central Florida.
We had an incredible time at Calypso. The restaurant is cozy and inviting. The food is exceptional—high-quality and delicious. The prices are also reasonable. Matia and Tonny were incredibly friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!
