Friendly, funny, and somehow everywhere at once — he sets the tone for the whole night. Honestly, every restaurant needs a Matija.
The food hits the spot in the best way — generous portions, comforting flavors, and the kind of menu where everyone at the table finds something they’re excited about. Pair that with a cold drink, and you’re already winning.

An incredible experience at Calypso Bar & Grill! The food completely blew us away – the scallops were fresh and perfectly prepared, but the real surprise was the sarma (stuffed cabbage rolls), which had that authentic, homemade taste you rarely find. However, what truly made our visit special was our host, Matija. His kindness and attention to detail are beyond praise. It’s rare to meet someone who puts so much heart into their work and makes every guest feel like the most important person in the room. The entire staff is great, but Matija definitely made the biggest impression. Highly recommended to everyone!

Calypso Bar & Grill is truly a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the unique, laid-back atmosphere that sets it apart from other places. It has that perfect blend of island vibes and cozy charm that makes you want to stay for hours. The food was absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish had its own unique twist, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. The cocktails were just as impressive—creative, refreshing, and perfectly balanced.
I had a performance here at Calypso Bar and I had an amazing time. The food and drinks were truly astounding and the staff was very nice too. They have a nice selection of drinks. Everything was great.

As a party of 11, with children, we required some extra attention, but our servers provided outstanding service - incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and had a great sense of humor that kept us smiling all night. They made excellent recommendations and ensured our drinks were never empty, all while managing the floor with total professionalism.
The food, it was spectacular! Everything tasted fresh and made-from-scratch, from the pizza appetizer to the filet, pasta, ossobuco to the perfectly seasoned burgers, fish and chips and truffle fries. Although they didn’t have a kids menu, the owner and server were more than accommodating and gave us half priced half portions for anything the kids desired.
We enjoyed our meal and the escape from the Orlando crowds at this hidden gem just around the corner from Discovery Cove. With its friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and top-tier service, Calypso Bar & Grill is must for those staying at an Paradiso Grande Airbnb.

The “Balkan Breeze Salad”, essentially a beautifully prepared Šopska salata, is fresh, light, and perfectly balanced—simple ingredients, but full of flavor and authenticity. Even more impressive is the “Sarma – Serbian Classic”, traditional stuffed cabbage rolls made with sauerkraut. This dish tastes genuinely homemade and brings real Balkan soul to the table, without feeling out of place in a modern Orlando restaurant.
That said, the absolute must-order dish is the “Gourmansky” Burger.
