If I could gv the service a zero I would!So, this place has Crab Tostados, but do NOT state that it's actually Krab, imitation Krab! That needs to be corrected, it's not fair to the customersWhen I realized it's fake, I canceled my appetizer, was never asked if I wanted something else.The service was not very good. This is the only reason I do not like service charges, bc what about when your service sucks!Burger and fries were very basic, you're better off at the Shake Shack 2 miles up the street honestly.

I'm afraid that the pool area doesn't belong to the restaurant. Therefore unfortunately no service. Sometimes I observed that customers were also being served at the pool. Does it depend on your mood?The bar is part of the hotel and therefore a certain service (additional staff or mobile order system) should be included here. (Feedback to the hotel)It's no problem for me to place my order at the bar and wait for the food. However, the question arises as to why a service fee (tip) is automatically calculated if it is self-service??? In Europe we are not used to tips like this. Typically over 10% is really just for outstanding service.About the food: The food was okay but not beyond the norm. The price level is American and therefore appropriate. However, please note that drinks are served in disposable plastic cups and food is served in cardboard containers. This is neither particularly sustainable nor appropriate for the price.The atmosphere at the pool is really nice.

This place is amazing. The service is wonderful. As soon as you enter this place you feel welcomed. They play great music and beverages and foods are amazing and high quality. I highly recommend this bar. Must tried are the Coco Loco, the loaded Yuca fries and the crab tostadas.

I recently came by with my girlfriend and I definitely recommend it. The service was top notch, without a doubt the best we had on our vacation in the city and gotta give a shoutout to Sarah for making us feel like royalty the entire time. The food and drinks were also great, can’t go wrong with the quesadilla and the Salmon Sandwich. Loved the place.

The food is very good. Lots of variety from appetizers, shareable items, salads and hearty burgers etc. great pool food. The service is a little slow but it's worth the wait. There's loud music and flat screens everywhere that makes you enjoy the people and your time here! Everything is made to order so be patient. The servers are hospitable and they aim to please. I'll be back tomorrow!!
This place is very uplifting! The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and respectful. If you think the prices are high, well we're in a fancy place to begin with. But it's worth it because you get to eat really good food right next to the swimming pool and you don't have to go outside and waist time while you and your family are enjoying the time. Sarah, Manuel and Aisha were very awesome. Strongly recommend this place ??

It's in a fun, easy location, onsite right next to the pool. The grouper sandwich is good. I'm not sure I'd pay $21 were it not for the convenient location and literally nothing outside of the hotel to walk to, but it was yummy. The beer is selection is minimal and twice as expensive as it should be. There is an unknown service charge that comes on the bill. No idea what that goes to. We had to hunt the waiter down to get closed out. They aren't really in a rush to get you out. You can easily drop $200 on a family in here.

The person on the phone directed me to room service to order their food. I called room service and they said Calypsos is a separate company and couldn't take our order. I thought take out was a thing, but obviously not!
