I went to the small location between gates 54 & 57. They were the only place where I could find an egg salad sandwich , which was good. However, the service was terrible! The cashier had a full conversation with the customer in front of me, but did not say a single word to me throughout the entire check-out process. They couldn’t even be bothered to say “hi” or “thank you”.

I chose my products based on the prices shown, and was surprised when I left with a different charge than what I had purchased. I was charged $25.00 for a bottle of water and a snack. Given that the water cost $3.49 and the snack cost $5.99, I shouldn't have paid $10.00. JFK Airport, Terminal 4, Gate 38. To make matters worse, I went in to take pictures of the products and swiped my card, but then nothing came of it and a new purchase for the same amount appeared on my card. A complex, dubious system. I'll wait to see it on the bill.

Bob the bartender with long hair and shaved sides needs to be fired immediately for not knowing proper florida serve save rules and regulations. As a seasoned bartender myself calling this guy a bartender is disgraceful and disgusting. I’m thoroughly disappointed and recommend anyone wanting a proper drink head to the gastropub in the main area.

Kid-friendliness: 0 if your a single parent with a child go somewhere else as this place is not welcoming to families at all.

The experience at the Orlando Airport were more than unsatisfactory. The staff were inadequate to carry out the simple tasks they had to do. I purchased a cup of hot tea and realised that the water was not hot enough for the tea to be made so I told the male staff and he took out his phone and subsequently indicated that I could go to some bar further away, for what I do not know or care, at which point I walked away. I usually take note of the places where I experience poor service so I do not make the mistake of shopping again. I very rarely write on matters like this but felt compelled to this time. In an airport one has limited choices and it would be expected that the best would be available to the travelling public.

I was having trouble getting my card to work in the machine so I could make a purchase. I was evidently swiping my card at the wrong time or something, and the cashier was extremely rude and yelled at me the entire time. All I needed was a little help, but instead of politely guiding me through the process, she chose to be very nasty to me. She was very sassy and refused to offer any assistance. Her name was Filomena and she was at the Orlando airport location. She has no customer service skills and should not be working there.

The food prices are not listed and descriptions are misleading. I bought a salad for $16 and added "grilled chicken". I get that airport prices are high but $7 for what was probably 2oz of chicken, boiled to it's last fibers is basically criminal.A disappointing salad and soda was $30.Always eat before getting to the airport if you can. I was near terminal 42 in A terminal.

Unfortunately the cashier named Filomena was very rude and very foul-mouthed. I don't understand how they can have someone like that . The muffin was expired. a very unpleasant experience.I think you should be more careful with the training you provide to employees regarding customer service.

I stopped by here just to get 5 bottled waters for the family …It was near gate 48. 2/28/24. I came up to the register and politely asked the woman at the register if they provided military discounts? I guess at first she did t hear me or if was a sarcastic remark when she said “What?” Loudly as if why would I even ask that. I politely asked again and she said “NO!” This was if it was a forbidden rule to give discounts to the military. I then reconfirmed her response by saying , “You don’t provide military discounts?” Her response was, “I said NO!” I hesitated because I was trying to see if the common magazine, stop like Hudson News nearby to grab water. I knew they gave discounts to military but didn’t see any other stand nearby. I just paid for my water and kindly explained to the lady that the reason I asked was because Hudson and other stores provided military discounts. Again, her response was, “Well, We Don’t!”. Very rude as if she had something against the military. Not sure what was going on here but the people beside me waiting to go next just shook their head at her. I did too! I wonder why there wasn’t one of those Hudson news areas down this gate section as it is in many others at MCO? There clearly was something that hit a nerve with the woman when I asked if they had military discounts ….. definitely won’t go here again but something also told me maybe she wasn’t being honest. And if she was, it’ll be my last time there.

Rudest bartender ever. Lady working in this bar is rude and obnoxious. Take your business somewhere else in the airport.

Walk back to the main food area. Second time eating a sandwich here and second time not finishing the very dry, very expensive sandwich. Better opportunities up the corridor.

The worker at Camden food company was not honest. She took more money then was charged and said she had no receipts. I saw her take a dollar from the tills and put it over onto the counter.

The bartender was friendly and talkative, excellent service, and delicious food.
