I was having trouble getting my card to work in the machine so I could make a purchase. I was evidently swiping my card at the wrong time or something, and the cashier was extremely rude and yelled at me the entire time. All I needed was a little help, but instead of politely guiding me through the process, she chose to be very nasty to me. She was very sassy and refused to offer any assistance. Her name was Filomena and she was at the Orlando airport location. She has no customer service skills and should not be working there.

The food prices are not listed and descriptions are misleading. I bought a salad for $16 and added "grilled chicken". I get that airport prices are high but $7 for what was probably 2oz of chicken, boiled to it's last fibers is basically criminal.A disappointing salad and soda was $30.Always eat before getting to the airport if you can. I was near terminal 42 in A terminal.

Unfortunately the cashier named Filomena was very rude and very foul-mouthed. I don't understand how they can have someone like that . The muffin was expired. a very unpleasant experience.I think you should be more careful with the training you provide to employees regarding customer service.

I stopped by here just to get 5 bottled waters for the family …It was near gate 48. 2/28/24. I came up to the register and politely asked the woman at the register if they provided military discounts? I guess at first she did t hear me or if was a sarcastic remark when she said “What?” Loudly as if why would I even ask that. I politely asked again and she said “NO!” This was if it was a forbidden rule to give discounts to the military. I then reconfirmed her response by saying , “You don’t provide military discounts?” Her response was, “I said NO!” I hesitated because I was trying to see if the common magazine, stop like Hudson News nearby to grab water. I knew they gave discounts to military but didn’t see any other stand nearby. I just paid for my water and kindly explained to the lady that the reason I asked was because Hudson and other stores provided military discounts. Again, her response was, “Well, We Don’t!”. Very rude as if she had something against the military. Not sure what was going on here but the people beside me waiting to go next just shook their head at her. I did too! I wonder why there wasn’t one of those Hudson news areas down this gate section as it is in many others at MCO? There clearly was something that hit a nerve with the woman when I asked if they had military discounts ….. definitely won’t go here again but something also told me maybe she wasn’t being honest. And if she was, it’ll be my last time there.

Rudest bartender ever. Lady working in this bar is rude and obnoxious. Take your business somewhere else in the airport.

Walk back to the main food area. Second time eating a sandwich here and second time not finishing the very dry, very expensive sandwich. Better opportunities up the corridor.

Lazy, rude, and watching tv on her phone. They are lucky this place is in an airport. That is the only reason they are in business. You would think MCO would hold high standards for their vendors.

Good for a quick grab and go right before your flight! I didn't pick the healthiest choices... But hey, I wanted some quick snacks and some fluids for my flight. Nothing too big. I grabbed some chips- I wanted cheesy and salty, so I settled on Cheetos! Yummy! And I grabbed a soda- Dr Pepper because I wanted that sweetness and carbonation. I also got an apple juice for the flight. Apple just sounded good for some reason. And a water- they had my favorite kind of water (Aquafina) so I had to get it! You see, I'm a simple creature really. lol

The worker at Camden food company was not honest. She took more money then was charged and said she had no receipts. I saw her take a dollar from the tills and put it over onto the counter.

No last call or nothing. Dude just closed up and stopped serving everyone at 6pm on a Saturday night.

First time using this place near gate 56 at Orlando International Airport, and hope to never need it again. I just wanted a cold drink on a warm and beautiful Floridian day but the whole refrigerator was full of hot beverages. More than that, a 20 OZ Pepsi Zero Sugar was $4.15!!! (almost like a flight to Vegas…) If you decided to over-charge your customers at least give them a COLD soda (or have an ice machine for them to use). When I asked the employee if she has ice she just said to go to a different store and get ice there (gee thanks…)Well, next time I’ll take her advice and walk to the nearest place and get my cold soda there!!P.SWarm soda is not tasty…

7:50 pmWho closes at 7:50pm in an airport? Ya think maybe the worker just wants to go home early? Doors at open, no sign stating hours. Why bother? Rude staff and all I wanted is a water and a Twix bar!

They regularly refuse to provide a receipt, which is illegal and frustrating for anyone who has to maintain business records
