Super slow service. We finally got our food 1 hour and 20 min after being seated. Then my 5-year-old had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get his chicken tenders. We had to strain to catch our server's attention to ask for drink refills. We won't be going back.

Made a reservation on Father's Day for the family and specifically moved our lunch time from earlier in the day to 3pm to ensure we had a table inside. Arrived before our reservation time and waited 30 minutes before we asked the hostess what was going on with our table. Appears they gave it to someone else and stared at us for 30 minutes. When we were finally seated the only seating available was on the outside patio in 90+ degree heat. The server was amazing and took good care of us, but the experience was miserable for my father and family.

This was our second time there. Father's Day lunch before heading to the airport. The food took so long. The chicken was overcooked and almost burnt but we were in a hurry had to finish eating and leave.I did not want to ruin the moment and make it an issue. I was very disappointed

The food came out cold and had to be sent back multiple times. We visit canvas regularly, this may have been a fluke but it was pretty disappointing.

The mango shrimp salad and mojo pork were new menu items. I had the salad and my husband had the pork and everything was delicious! They have a new rewards program which I was excited about since I live in Lake Nona and frequent Tavistock restaurants a lot.

Great family atmosphere, conveniently located in the heart of Lake Nona. Beautiful outdoor dining or indoor scenic views. Large menu with a vast variety to choose from depending on your occasion. Highly recommend!

For one thing, they won't force you to leave, as it takes a while for them to serve your drinks and food anyway. I chose Chicken Parm from the main course menu ($29), there were 2 large pieces with only the top one with a some Parmesan (the bottom one had no cheese at all) and some tomato sauce. No side dish! Both pieces were slightly over cooked. When I complained about this dish, the waitress admitted that they were getting similar complaints and I asked her to make sure to deliver my message to their manager. No one showed up to follow up! It's kind of potty that they take their fancy location (in the middle of medical complexes) for granted and under valuing their customers... For what it looks, it deserves better management!

Service was a little slow and person who brought out our food was not very nice/friendly. Didnt have utensils or condiments when food came out and not tended to quickly when we finished our food - waited 30 min for our check.

Made reservations for family 5, 2:15 in the afternoon. Got to the restaurant, met the male hostess and checked in. He asked if we wouldn't mind sitting in a booth by the bar. I told him we didn't mind at all. The restaurant was empty, and there was no one else seated in the booths by the bar. There were patrons sitting at the bar. Little did I know, the bartender would be our waiter. He came to table asked if we needed more time to order drinks. Said yes and he didn't come back. 15 minutes later I spoke to the manager. Told her my issues, hostess sitting us by the bar and the bartender with doubling as our waiter. Asked why we were sat by the bar if we made reservations and the restaurant was empty. She took our drinks and then food came out cold. My wife and I would go to Canvas often, and many times she inviting friends. This left a bad taste in my mouth and it'll probably be a while before we go there again.

My salad was swimming in vinegar and nothing else. The mahi-mahi Baja tacos had so much seasoning on them. They were really hot you couldn't taste the fish. For $24 I expected more than a 2inch strip of fish. The waitress didn't engage with us. We had to ask her for bread and water and that was after our starter had arrived. My daughter had mac & cheese, this was very dry because of the lack of sauce. My husband had the fish and chips, this also was a very small portion.

Been here a few times over the years and I am reminded why we don't come back. It was not crowded and service was not great. She was sweet but would only check one table a time for drink refills, etc before disappearing. The special was a mango salad for $19 that was 4-5 smallish shrimp on a side salad size plate. Asked for extra dressing and it was basically olive oil (which explains the initial lack of flavor). View outside was beautiful but food was meh and service was scattered. Not worth the traffic in and out of the area.

What a gem!!! The ambiance, service and food are outstanding! So excited they have the Charcoal Grilled Mussels just like my favorite at Timpano's!!!!! YAY!

Sent back our steak was cooked right.Then had to send back our salmon not cooked enough. Husband's salad not even cut right.Been there a once before was better.Don't think we will go back there.
