I was so looking forward to trying the Caribbean Shack drove over an hour to find this place, The house special fried rice... there was so much rice and 2 pieces of dry chicken, the cow heel soup was good a lot of cow heel but so much dumplings and cassava, i would like to have a little more vegetables like spinach to balance out the soup... I bought some black pudding for appietizer ... it look like red pudding instead of black pudding and the rice was boiled so soft it wasn't...

I tried here this past weekend on a last-minute search for some dhalpuri and buss up shot to take back to some family on a trip I had coming up. I tried their doubles also while waiting for my other order to be packaged up, and they were absolutely delicious. The mango chutney and tamarind sauce were very good also! I will definitely be back to try their other selections!

My experiences with this restaurant were very good! The food was very delicious (I tried the chicken fried rice and doubles) and the people were very welcoming. I will definitely visit again!
