First Time Visit . Service was not good. Frozen drinks are very much watered down. Mac and cheese was greatly seasoned but lacked the cheese part . Greens were just ok just had an after taste. Chicken was ok but it’s blandly seasoned. I wouldn’t recommend. Not to mention we came specifically for the fried chicken just for them to say it would take an hour or longer to get fried chicken.
Food is amazing. But the to go service is horrible. You can call 30-40 mins ahead it will still won’t be ready 😂

I travelled from Tampa and came across this restaurant/bakery/lounge and boy was the food delicious. I have the brown stew whole snapper. The fish was made to order and everything was so FRESH. Staff was friendly and attentive. Environment was clean. Will be back again when visiting the area.

I ordered the oxtails which were fall off the bone delicious. I tried the Sorrel punch and bought three more to go. The punch was super refreshing and fresh. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was lively which is a testament to how busy they stay and great the food is. The bakery was tempting, but I was way too full. They do not skimp on the portions. Overall, it was an amazing experience I’d love to have again.

We were there (Marsh Rd location) for the first time today. Random choice. It was amazing. The food was flavorful and comforting. Portion was exactly right. The people were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Atmosphere was calming and relaxing. We live 2 hours away and are not normally in that area. We will be going back—just because it is that good and well worth the drive.

The customer service is subpar and they act like you need them. The cashier was little rude. Asking me, “whuh ya won?” in her Jamaican accent, because I standing there waiting for a receipt she forgot to give me. The food was above average, but they can have it. I’ll cook my own.

Rice and peas was good, not much flavor but not bad either, curry goat was okay, not great. It could definitely use more of that island spice and flavor. The plaintin was hard and undercooked. The cabbage was delicious and tasty. The dumpling was small, tough, and plain.

Excellent bar and location. My family traveled here after we were looking for Jamaican food and drinks. The bartender Mixx held it down. I would highly recommend this place

This place is not what it used to be. The food is low quality now. They make you wait for no reason as if they are cooking the food back there. They will skip and serve people who order after you if you didn't give them extra tips on top of their exorbitant price. Would not recommend.
