I have not actually been to the shop.. I bought the cake at Walmart. I had the triple flavor. Cheesecake, pecan pie , brownie. It is absolutely amazing. I've never tasted a better cake in my life. I highly recommend it and I've told many people Walmart carries it here in Florida.

My first time visiting this location. I was going in to check it out and try the product that they have. There were two ladies talking in the kitchen area (in plain view). No one acknowledged me which was sad. However, the few ladies that came in after me were acknowledged and welcomed in.

I really liked the way that the shop was set up and decorated. I even thought that the product that they had was appealing. Was actually looking forward to trying the tart.

Awful cake and awful customer service, single slice cake is days old and very dry. Support just says to contact the store. Do not recommend, worst $10 a slice of cake ever, not even the middle of the cake was good, very dry.

Poor service and stale cookies…..Florida Mall location. I was the only customer in there, waited 4-5 minutes until one of the workers that was chitchatting in their decorating area finally acknowledged me. He wanted to know if I needed something. Ummmm….to buy something. Why else would I be standing there?! I got 3 cookies and a cupcake. All 3 cookies were dry and stale tasting. (Sugar, snickerdoodle, peanut butter). At $4 per cookie it was an epic waste of money for mediocre service and food.

I frequently buy desserts at Carlos Bakery on Florida Mall, however last time I got very disappointed with their store conditions.
All the fake cakes there are old and ugly, the store needs a renovation as soon as possible!
Service used to be better and food is getting everyday more and more expensive.
Still good but not the same it was.

We bought some lobster tails to our family! They were super hard as if they had 2 weeks on the counter. Definitely super bad experience! A real disappointment!

This Carlo's Bakery is not what it used to be. The cannoli was pricey and so so quality. I had tried the cannoli years before and I remember them to be much better, but this one was stale. Also there was only one employee working the entire bakery.

This review is regarding the cake slices sold at the retail level. This is in no way mal-intended. I love the cakes I have tried many and so has my daughter. My fav was the carrot cake however the last 3 to 4 cake slice I purchased were so dry and hard I couldn’t understand what could possible was wrong. I felt in love with the first pieces. As mention above I have tried many of their retail product. But the quality of the most recent ones have made me hesitant to even buy them again.
