Stopped in at the bar to get dinner. Bartender provided a menu which had multiple sticky spots all over it. Had to ask for a wine list, same thing....this is Italian food why are the menus covered in syrup? Decided dinner was probably a bad idea when my wine glass arrived with dried pasta sauce on it. I'm not exaggerating - at this point every single thing the server has given me was dirty. Ordered bruchetta which comes out looking like the kitchen spent exactly 4 seconds throwing it together. Mozzarella was the consistency of cottage cheese. Tourist slop. Bartender deserves better from her kitchen but also should notice her menus and glasses are disgusting.

The hostess station is a mess, the staff is rude, they do not go by ordered…. They had me waiting 20mins for a booth only to give us attitude and state they no longer have booth available when we asked why are we getting a regular table. I would not have mind if it was not for the attitude and how unprofessional the hostess was acting, I cancelled because of her and will not visit this location any longer because of how horrible her service was. So who ever was there tonight at 7:30p need better customer service training.

The corner we were sat in was freezing. Food would have been good except it arrived lukewarm. Waitress was not very friendly, and we just ate it and left. I like the chain, but would not return to this Carabbas.

Was here last night with my wife and must say I was disappointed. I ordered the salmon which is normally on point but mine was way too overly seasoned and salty. Same for the asparagus. It was also a little undercooked even though I was told by our waitress they cook it medium unless otherwise specified but I've just never had to do that with salmon as usually it's cooked through, even while still moist and flakey. It was also quite small for the price...6-8 ounces max. Definitely did not feel I got my money's worth and probably won't return to this location.

We had dinner for Valentine's, it was excellent, and the waitress Antony made our night a great experience. Theirs a large selection of wine and other drinks we had the sangria-rita and the food very tasteful.

When the website was down, a quick call to Carrabba‘s was all it took for my sick family and I to get in an order for some much needed homestyle soups. The staff were very kind and quick to help.

Walked out before we could get our entrees. Almost an hour wait to get entrees. Soup came out fast. And it was tasty. Sat there a while and server said kitchen backed up. Sat there another 20 minutes. Told myself 10 more minutes. It’s 8 05 too late to eat chicken parm. So we left. Never did that before.

We celebrated a birthday here on 12/28/24. The service was good but I can’t say the same for the food. I ordered chicken Marsala. The chicken was dry and overcooked. There was no Marsala taste whatsoever. It was basically a grilled chicken cutlet with mushrooms and a brown sauce. At $25 I could have done a better job at home. My friend ordered chicken Bryan and had the same complaint of over cooked, dry chicken, and little flavor. Her son had cold fettuccine Alfredo that was dry, little to no Alfredo sauce. The shrimp scampi had no flavor. The butter sauce was watery and the shrimp were opaque.
The appetizers were ok. The fried cheese, sausage balls, dinner salad, bread were a thumbs up. Needless to say no one in our party of 10 will be returning.
