We went for my spouse's last birthday before 70. Maria A took care of us, per the receipt. I drank iced tea while other drank expensive glass of French Rose wine ($13.29?); it had a small plate of top with an amuse bouche (mouth teaser in French). We shared an appetizer of calamari, which they later comped since we didn't want dessert. That was unexpected. We both chose the Caesar salad as our side. I had mine w/o croutons. I had the Toscana Filet & Shrimp. The beef...

The corner we were sat in was freezing. Food would have been good except it arrived lukewarm. Waitress was not very friendly, and we just ate it and left. I like the chain, but would not return to this Carabbas.

Was here last night with my wife and must say I was disappointed. I ordered the salmon which is normally on point but mine was way too overly seasoned and salty. Same for the asparagus. It was also a little undercooked even though I was told by our waitress they cook it medium unless otherwise specified but I've just never had to do that with salmon as usually it's cooked through, even while still moist and flakey. It was also quite small for the price...6-8 ounces...
