Carrabba's Italian Grill

Our server name was Cynthia and she was fantastic! Despite the restaurant being very busy, she gave us her undivided attention and even went out of her way to check ingredients on a dessert due to the fact that somebody in my party was pregnant and had a concern. She was extremely friendly and attentive.

Taylor was our sever and made sure that we were aware of the $10 take home deal. She was very polite and offered to substitute my order. Ashley also stopped by and checked on our table several times. She had an upbeat personality and was very nice.

Taylor provided phenomenal service for me and my small family. She was very engaged with the table and provided a fun atmosphere in the hellscape that is Orlando. Taylor aleo informed me of a $10 take home promo- which worked out perfect for a Carrabbas-quality meal in the wee hours of the morning. Sorry kiddos! 10/10 would dine again !!

The restaurant was perfectly fine and the server was great too. My complaint goes to the busier last night with black frame glasses that was in the restroom and walked out not washing his hands. Then he preceded to put glasses and utensils on tables. Then I got to the table and my kod said there was a woman who did the same thing. Eat here if you don't care about hygiene.

I ordered sprig featured spicy carribean chicken skewers, but the server brought me shrimp instead. He went back and brought chicken without cherry tomatoes. The description for this menu applies chicken with the tomatoes, but the picture of this menu doesn't have tomatoes. This item is misleading and the price is expensive just for chicken.

We had to wait 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Twice we had to request for our food to be served within a reasonable time.
The shrimp pasta was absolutely tasteless with chewy, dry shrimps. Chicken was like rubber! We couldn't eat that food. Lastly, we had to wait 15 minutes to get a check. The only reason we stepped in was The Yard House next door had a 30 minute wait vs no wait at Carrabbas! That tells it all!!

I have not been to Carrabbas since I was 10 years old and was nervous coming in to see how the atmosphere of the restaurant would be now a days. When I say that Cynthia who served us from the time we walked and from the time we left. She was and is so amazing and very much uplifting. She has the best spirit I have seen in so long especially in restaurants. She will be the main reason to why I come back and refer others to Carrabbas on I drive. SHE IS THE BEST!!! 😘👌🏽🙏🏽

Sat at the bar at Carrabba’s and had such a great experience! The food was phenomenal and exactly what you want from a comforting Italian meal. What really stood out, though, was the service. Everyone was genuinely personable and welcoming, not just attentive. It felt easy to relax and enjoy being there. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!

Food was awful…my daughter wanted the spaghetti and meatballs but ended up having a blue rubber band cooked into her meatball….and only noticed when she bit into it….this is horrific not knowing how or why the rubber band was in there…the manager Ashley came over to address my family and I and to apologize, and that it supposedly happened when the cooks were rolling the meatballs but an apology does not make it right and neither does taking a few dollars off of our total.

And on top of that we were told upon walking into the restaurant that my two year old had to be taken out of her stroller because strollers were not allowed, however my family and i witnessed another family seated with their child in a stroller, when we asked why we were treated differently and not allowed to have our stroller the lady could only once again apologize and say she didn’t know why we were told that. As a black family who is visiting from out of town and travelled 9 hours to Florida for vacation we definitely felt our race was a part of why we were treated differently than others. This is unacceptable and I will be taking the proper actions to be sure no other family has to go through what my family and I experienced. This was the worst experience and dining we have ever had. Do not eat here..you will be disappointed!

We waited for a whole 2 hours for our food, despite having a reservation. Additionally, the server(s) were dismissive and rude, in one instance taking 30 minutes for a water refill.

Our server Bree was great and friendly! She made sure we had a great experience :)
