After looking forward to our dinner at Carrabba's, we were disappointed with the overall experience. The lentil soup with sausage was overly salty and peppery, making it difficult to enjoy. Although the Johnny Rocco salad was tasty, it also had pepper flavor. The calamari was greasy and seasoned too heavily with pepper for our liking. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, with a lively wine tasting group adding to the ambiance. Despite our initial disappointment, the restaurant deserves credit for its ample parking, attentive waiters, and responsive manager. She graciously addressed our concerns with the food, demonstrating excellent customer service. While our first visit fell short, we're open to giving Carrabba's another chance in the future. Thank you, Carrabba's, for your efforts and listening to our concerns.
