The ice cream was delicious, the staff is rude. I asked for cherries which they don't have. Like huh, that's a staple to top ice cream. She said no we only have soft serve. I said no can I have a cherry she said oh a cherry. No we don't have. Her accent was SO strong it barely sounded like English, as was the guys Asian accent at the information desk. How are we employing people who don't speak perfect English. Then when I had walked up the girl at the register walked away and in the back. Someone else came to help but continued to hold a conversation in whatever language they spoke. I am bilingual but this is completely unprofessional. Lastly I asked for reeses pieces and was almost given peanut butter cup which is not the same. So i just got sprinkles. And the cup was only half full. This is not how any other carvel operates.

Lots of people report going up to counter and being ignored. There’s a reason: You’ll have to wait on the “Moe’s Southwestern Grill” line to get Carvel Ice Cream. Seems crazy, right? Even though Carvel has it’s own register, they don’t seem to have their own employees devoted to the store. Instead, the burrito guy will be making your ice cream, of which, they only have 2 flavors. Then the machine wasn’t loaded with the liquid, despite the store having zero buisness. Go next door to McDonalds. Same exact ice cream, less hassle.

I don’t think they really sell ice cream here. It must be a front for some other thing and apparently, I don’t fit the description of their usual customer. I walked up to the counter and the guy working there literally turned around and went to the back and never returned to the counter. ??‍♀️

I’m sorry, but the people who work here are so rude—like, beyond rude. They don’t speak to you, they eyeroll, they gossip, and can’t even pour a cone properly. I’m shocked this place is even still in business. Y’all need new employees.

The employee tried telling me Reese’s pieces are peanut butter cups when the sign clearly says Reese’s pieces then made my ice cream and then another employee handed it to one of her friends that walked by. They didn’t pay for it, nor wait in line. Worst experience ever in customer service

The ice-cream cone on the left, is how a typical carvel cone looks. The one on the right is how it was served to me, not once, but twice, on two separate visits. I hope someone in management sees this, and is able to train their employees how to make an ice cream cone. For $5, I expect better than that. Also, I found the employees to be rude on my first visit. At least, the customer service was better on my second visit.

Went up to ask for help and somebody decided they were closed. Every other store was opened except for the Carvel. It was obvious that the people there just weren't interested in serving ice cream, probably because they would have to clean the machine. Unprofessional. Who owns this place?

Ice cream didn’t taste right, way overpriced, and staff was annoyed. Skip it and go to McD’s.

Very bad service...guess they were expecting us to walk away but we stood there for quite sometime till someone eventually helped us...sorry we actually had to put them to work?

The airport iss obviously open 24/7 but this littlw reataurant closes by ten! They should ammend their hours!
