Catina nachos was a joke $27 with chicken and guacamole - NOT worth it. Also chicken tacos NOT worth it. Cold cheese, cold chicken way overprice. They don't even serve you everything is basically everything is to go packaged and then you sit where you want. Disappointed. Azzula food is better tasting for the price even though that's serve to go as well.

This was a great little hotel bar and grill. Atmosphere was 10/10. Right by the pool. Someone was playing steal drums right beside the bar and the bartender was great! I had shrimp tacos with chips and salsa. The food here isn’t going to change your life but it is good. The tortillas were fresh. The cilantro garlic sauce made the tacos very good. Shrimp had a nice char to them. Chips were pretty standard and the salsa was the Heinz salsa cup. But it was good. My husband got their special which was bourbon bbq pork sandwich and fries and it was also great. The pineapple punch cocktail was also awesome! View the menu on the Sheraton Vacation Club site. It has the most up to date menu compared to other sites.

“Unfortunately, the bartender appeared selectively inattentive, showing more enthusiasm for stirring up arguments than for serving drinks or providing basic customer service.” Disappointing. My Daughter-in-law wanted a banana daiquiri and three hours later we still haven’t gotten anything but frustration. No wifi at the hotel .

I don’t get all the good reviews for this place. The service was slow and poor and the food was mediocre at best. Lots of flying insects.
Good pina coladas Ordered nachos one day and was disappointed. It was a bowl of tortilla chips with nacho cheese and tomatoes and some cold shredded cheese on top. Came with packaged salsa and sour cream. The chicken on top was grilled and fresh. I was expecting tortilla chips with melted cheese and all the standard toppings. Also ordered empanadas one day. Was supposed to come with key west sauce but instead came with a pack of sour cream which was obviously flavorless. After these experiences we decided it was better to order take out for the money.

Great place, delicious food and amazing service. I had the fish and chips and my husband had a burger. Roger the bartender makes great daiquiris. He is very friendly and has excellent customer service. Angel was the chef at the grill tonight. His love of cooking shows through. The fish and chips was one of the best I ever had. It was fresh and the breading was light. Spot on. My husband's burger was juicy and the fries were crisp. Roger and Angel, you guys are the best. Thank you for making our dinner amazing.

My husband and I are here from Buffalo NY.We met Steve the waiter@Castaways who was absolutely amazing very personalble , happy and made us so comfortable ,I can honestly say that our stay here was was nice but Steve was the BEST server we encountered while here.Steve Costumer service was awesome, Thank Steve for such amazing service!!!!!?
