Great place, delicious food and amazing service. I had the fish and chips and my husband had a burger. Roger the bartender makes great daiquiris. He is very friendly and has excellent customer service. Angel was the chef at the grill tonight. His love of cooking shows through. The fish and chips was one of the best I ever had. It was fresh and the breading was light. Spot on. My husband's burger was juicy and the fries were crisp. Roger and Angel, you guys are the best. Thank you for making our dinner amazing.

Marcus D. With safety and security was so helpful and kind when I started at the resort. The property is so big and my key would randomly not work. He provided a big smile very polite and was alert always a pleasure. Nice big friendly resort. Would definitely stay again.

Small bar area, clean modern with nice bartenders. Prices are about what is expected at a resort and they have frozen drinks.

Brilliant place to stay with everything you need right on your door step. All theme parks close by. Even shopping outlets and restaurants just a short distance. A good size apartment with pools walking distance.

Need more communication at the front desk to check in about the week, Request maid service ½ way through your stay. Lots of variety of activities and pools, tennis courts, and kids programs. Condos are clean and facility is close to Disney.

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando A great spot to stay, its location from Disney and universal it great. Sea world is down the "block" and many local resturatns to eat local before and after the parks.

Upon arrival the unit seemed fine. Once we settled in, we noticed muddy footprints in the jacuzzi tub. We also found the towels were a bit shabby. As the day went on, we saw the the children's feet turned black when walking on the carpets. The location was fantastic for visiting Disney world. The two bedroom unit was more than sufficient for our needs. It was annoying not being able to get a lounge at the pool. All in all the pros outweighed the cons.

I love this place! I have been here several times in the past few years. It is located very close to everything! The villas are always clean and issue free. The check-in process was the best one so far! Raphael was amazing! He's very knowledgeable and welcoming!

We are a family of 6 and as such, I have found the Sheraton Vistana to be a decent option for our family for the many trips we make to Disney per year. We began our stays here in 2011. During that time, Kate Norton was the front desk director and things were great. Though sometimes issues arose, they were always handled with grace. No excuses. Another huge difference is that you'd actually see her face at the front desk. That isn't the case anymore, trying to speak to management to address issues is like a game of cat and mouse. Everyone is a manager, but they are hard pressed to allow you to know the chain of command. That all said, we decided to book a trip for my 40th birthday and 15th anniversary. A few things transpired prior to then. I had a child become critically ill and require an ICU stay and shortly after his release I had another child inure his finger and it required two reconstructive surgeries, so I called to ask about early check in because out the heat and the fact that one couldn't his injury wet in the pools. I spoke with a gentleman who said it wouldn't be an issue as long as we weren't picky about the area we stayed in. I mentioned having a townhouse during our conversation. I called back after deciding that I didn't want to run the risk of being placed in a smaller unit or not being able to check in early at all and decided to add a night. Marriott no longer allows resorts to book reservations, so I called reservations and they would allow me to add a night with a rate increase for the entire stay which I felt was ridiculous, so I called the resort and spoke with Dijon who mentioned that I could book for 3 days and they'd decrease the amount to one day on the resort's end and that would effectively save me from the rate hike on my townhouse. Easy enough. Handled it with another young lady, Shelby, as Dijon had gone home for the day. Mentioned the townhouse again. I called on the way to Florida to confirm a room number and was told that I had a villa, not a townhouse. We went back and forth about how I've been told to book a sleep 8 versus a sleep 6 to secure a townhouse. Eventually, Oscar came to the phone, and I explained that I had had 3 representatives converse with me regarding extending my stay and that I mentioned my townhouse and wasn't corrected. His response was a bunch of excuses until I mentioned that I work for an office and that I could pull the calls as I also am on a recorded line and couldsend him the calls. He called me back and told me that he'd need until 8 PM, but he could have a townhouse ready. I had to reiterate that I had traveled 6 hours with kids that needed medical maintenance, which was why I booked an extra day so that I didn't have to wait to check in. His reply was to rudely interrupt and ask, "Look, what do you wanna do?" At that point, I had to remind him that there was no need to react to my frustration with rudeness. I am a customer and he's the professional. He did end up getting the room ready by the time we arrived (around 6 PM), but there was hair all over the blow dryers and sink. He sent a very sweet gentleman to come look, but it wasn't a hard task for me to take Lysol wipes and clean it. Stay was fine afterwards other than the fact that we were locked out of our room 3 times due to key issues and no wifi. When all was said and done, we went to check out and I asked for them to compensate for the times we were locked out, the dirty roo, etc. Then Dijon, who was very polite even when she needed to adhere to policies, came out and said I'd need to speak with Oscar. Not an issue, but Oscar though eventually polite, was initially rude and seemed flustered at the thought of dealing with an issue, and I honestly didn't want to deal with him. I asked for the property manager's email. Dijon brought me a card for someone named Jaret. I asked again for the GM's info and things took a left turn. Elijah walks out. He is appears calm, but is overly aggressive for no reason

As a long time timeshare owner at this property (and very critical of the property), I visited in late March. There has been some improvements since my last visit here last year and since some early March posts. Going to the owners meeting, I learned how and what they've done to improve the internet/wifi (which was my biggest complaint last year), which I noticed immediately in the villa. The speed has returned (the best they can for now until they can get fiber into every unit, which is coming). The mattress seems to have been changed as they felt a lot softer to my wife and I. It was very crowded during our stay (mid-spring break time) and they need to bring back the pool security to remove abandoned towels/reserved chairs by the pools to aide those who get there later in the day. The Market Place is convenient for your forgotten goods but overpriced and understaffed (meaning long line to check out at the open 1 of 2 registers). The grounds are well kept and you feel secure on property with the roving security patrols, gated access and the occasional sheriffs vehicle hanging out property. Where else will you find so many pools at a resort?

The room was perfect for a family of 8 and you're never far away from a pool, an arcade or something to do! The screened in patios are wonderful. Early mornings you can go out and enjoy coffee And in the evenings even when it's dark they are lit just enough and the grounds are lit so all the beautiful foliage is viewable. The pools are clean there's always plenty of towels!

This resort beat my expectations. Exceptionally clean, our Villa was a great size stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable. A lot of things going on for all ages. Great signage making it easy to get around. Very responsive staff.
