I was asked to leave because all tables are reserved for just Cat-Tails. What am I missing here. Yes, if it was packed full of dinners I would understand nor was there going to be a mad rush of dinners.
This is a case of no or lack of any judgement on Cat-Tails part. Really! Update: 1:30pm I finished my lunch and not a person sat in Cat-Tails.

Pleasant outdoor bar & grill. Perfect spot to get something to eat or drink, while lounging by the pool. The bartender was friendly and was on top of things.

I had an amazing time at the Cat-tail pool bar in Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando. The food was fantastic, and I must say, their Nachos are a must-try - absolutely delicious! Pablo's cocktail creations were top-notch, truly fantastic. His friendly smile and sense of humor added an extra layer of charm to the whole experience. While the prices are on the higher end, the overall experience made it worth it. I highly recommend this spot for a great poolside dining and drinking experience.

Fresh flavors!I’m giving Cat-Tails five stars for food quality. The price was high but reasonable for poolside resort dining. We had to grab the server to get a poolside order but we weren’t in a hurry. My Cobb salad was a perfect lunch portion. The lemon Dijon vinaigrette was delicious with the thick chunky bacon and blue cheese. The lettuce was farm fresh and the tomatoes were bursting with flavor.I would visit cattails again. The fish and chips looked out of this world delicious.

My friend and I enjoyed the food here but weren't aware there was an 18% gratuity included. We each tipped our server 30%, only to realize after we got our final copy of the bill that the 18% had already been included - which led to us EACH tipping 48%. We meant to be generous with 30% but 48% is a bit excessive and frustrating. We tried to call the restaurant upon realizing it but no one answered and we were unable to leave a message. We also called the front desk to see if they could assist us in rectifying the issue. They transferred us back to the restaurant and we weren't able to reach anyone.

Pablo is the absolute best. He was so nice and entertaining. I live in New York but I will definitely be back. Best service ever!!!! Food was great and met some great people but Pablo made the experience!
Great poolside bar at Rosen Shingle Creek.We just had frozen drinks this visit and our bartender Kim made my day when she was able to make a drink that I’ve had on my previous two visits, but for some reason management decided to take it off the drink list! It is a frozen Orange Creamsicle and it ROCKS!!! Of course the outside area poolside is beautiful to look at. Walk around and be sure to check out the beautiful on-site vegetable garden!
Parking: There is a paid lot or valet. I do not believe they validate the ticket.

We recently dined at Catails and were fortunate to have an amazing server name Heather who truly enhanced our dining experience. From the moment we sat down her friendly approach and infectious smile made us feel instantly welcome. Throught out the meal Heather displayed impeccable timing. The food was delicious. My husband was here for business. We were enjoying the pool and didn’t want to leave. So we ordered from Cat Tails. Mike was the most friendly and efficient server I have had in many years! He was super friendly and I was absolutely amazed at how well he kept up with all of his customers. I was a server for 5 years many years ago. I tend to look for the good, the bad, and the ugly. This was a top notch experience with service as well as the food—fish tacos for myself and shrimp tacos for my hubby?
