The reason for the 2 stars, you placed a pending hold on my card for the total amount of the dinner, while collecting the funds from the card for dinner + included gratuity + me including a $30.++ tip. Oh yeah did I not mention, shame on me for not reviewing the receipt, they added more than $27 in auto gratuity, server who was awesome but not $60 awesome, brought the receipt over and immediately pointed at how much I should tip. Shame on me and shame on the server and Katrina’s, there is no need for this. My review along with others will keep you in good standing. Sorry, because of this you lost my business. 2 dinners, 2 appetizers, a lemonade, 3 shots of tequila, 2 coronas, & 2 cocktails. Not worth over $220.00. Also praying that hold comes off ASAP. I do however wish you all the best in continued business. Have an awesome day consumers, oh yeah, read your receipts 😁
