The food was great, but the service was truly disappointing. The ladies preparing our bowls were very rude and unhelpful, despite us being polite and respectful the entire time. What made it worse is that we speak Spanish, and they were speaking Spanish to each other—but chose not to speak to us in Spanish, clearly just because they didn’t want to. If you’re having a bad day, that’s no excuse to treat guests poorly. Very disappointed.

i feel like the food i got was sooo clean and filling!! right after my bf got a fish sandwich at wendy’s and it was $10 like bye why was my healthy vegan bowl only $2 more???? i feel so satisfied yum

Earlier today I was frustrated due to backed up traffic, and was having a bad work day. I accidentally made the wrong turn into the wrong area, but when I looked up and saw I was in the parking lot of Cava, I sai I was hungry, and frustrated but soon as I got up to the front to order my food I was greeted by "Ashlee" her customer service skills were amazing! I mean just the way he seemingly knew I wasn't and experienced Cava customer, but yet she explained the food choices , and options to me in the most genuine, and professional manner. She really made my day better because she loved her job , and her customers. It put a smile on my face to see someone so effortlessly nice, not just as her job but she is just a great individual. The food was great also! I wish Ashlee the best! She was a breath of fresh air when I was so bummed out today. This matters. I told her thank you for being so nice & polite. Ashlee Rocks!
