Poor customer service! They messed up my online order a few days ago and when I called them they wrote down my name and said I can come back to get a free bowl. I just went back and the manager tried everything she could not to honor it. She said I should have been back on the same day or next day. Anytime later than that would not work, which I was never told on the phone. I live 20 min away and it just does not make sense to drive all the way back. She reluctantly gave me a free bowl in the end. I like the food, but I will be going to another location in the future!

I've heard good and bad things about CAVA so go in and try for yourself. For me, it's good enough for a couple times a month but VERY expensive and the quality is not as high as the cost🤣

Came running to this place because they are always full and there was no line. Everytime I come they are always fast and all the employees are nice and work hard. Between the cooks and the front. Today I was helped by Orlando and he was nice helping me with my order. I love Cava 🩵
