I ordered from this restaurant, but I ordered the wrong item.
I canceled the order one minute later and placed a new one.

To my surprise, Uber charged me twice.
I called Uber to complain, and they contacted the restaurant.

The restaurant said they had already prepared the food, which is why they charged me twice.
The representative tried to explain that it was a mistake and that the order was canceled immediately, but they still refused to refund the money.

That must be the fastest food preparation in the world!
But they also refused to send me the other order because it had already been canceled.

They lost a customer and have terrible customer service.

This place is amazing. They make you so much food so fast, and rhe food is impeccable, without flaw, and given to you with excellent service. And for what little time you spend waiting, you spend waiting listening to great music in a rather authentic west asian deli environment. Outstanding.

I had a chicken shawarma platter and some falafel on the side. The food was soooooo good! Food was made fresh right there and the chicken was perfectly seasoned. The falafel was nice and big size and tasted great. I got the side of rice but I have been there a few times and their fries are always well done too. Definitely love this place and they do a great job. They also have a little mini market with products from Lebanon and neighboring countries. The guys who were there, I think the owner and someone else, were very nice and very warm and super friendly. Will definitely be back again and again!

This place is my favorite middle eastern and Mediterranean food in all of Florida amazing homemade food every single time I come here you can really taste the difference and you won’t regret trying the food here! A gem on colonial!

My hubby already knew about this place and used to come a long time before we met, and so he took me for the first time this Thursday and Friday. The food is amazing and delicious and everything tastes fresh, and when you get it it’s always so neatly arranged. The people there that work there are so very friendly and will help you with anything you need. They also have food products that you can buy like cookies, teas, pickled jars of veggies, dates and prunes. They have a variety of things. You can also buy platters of food. I have been really enjoying it. I’m not a fan of hummus, but man do they make a delicious one. I highly recommend this restaurant!
