The view was better than expected. If you like to take pictures they have many good spots. The servers/hosts were amazing and very welcoming. Francisco took great care of us. They were great about fixing any mistake in an order (I.e. no cheeses) and were very quick to correct it without me having to really ask at all. Seating was quick but I also went mid week. Definitely will return!

What a fabulous venue. The views from the tables during sunset were magical. From check in until finish the service and professionalism were top notch. Our waiter, Tim, was extremely knowledgeable providing expert service I have only experienced at Michelin quality establishments. Will definitely return in the future.

Another unbelievable meal at Ceiba. We wanted to take a friend in town for the holidays to the best place in the area, and our experience was beyond all the words like amazing, fabulous, delicious, decadent.... Which was such a gift to have a meal which was so much more than delicious, but with a special joyious memory of pure happiness. Service was beyond on point. This restaurant runs seemingly because of a great staff. Honestly the staff makes Ceiba sparkle and relaxing. And, still the best steak and fish dishes on the planet - I know this is a bold statement, but we have been around the world (of course not every where but enough experiences to make this statement) and I would bet on Ceiba against many Michelin star restaurants without hesitation. Our friend comes from a family that holds one of the largest farms with multiple crops in California, and she was blow away by the freshness and taste of all the dishes. Desserts are not just amazing art that you do not want to eat because of their beauty, but they are so delicious you can't stop eating even when you're full. I can only say anything you choose on the menu is going to make you smile and gasp “wow”.

He wanted my whole order at same time which usually means bad pacing of meal and it was rushed. Entrees came on top of apps. I want a minute to breathe before more food arrives. He never swung by for cocktails refills until dinner was almost finished. Water went empty and was never refilled. A great meal is compromised of two things great food and great service; however, Ceiba fell short of delivering on the expectation.

Every step took an unusually long time—from placing our order to receiving each dish. They also forgot the drinks we ordered. Although the staff acknowledged the mistake after we reminded them and removed the charge from our bill, it still disrupted the experience. Another issue was that the adult dishes were served before the kids' meals, which led to unhappy children—something that should be avoided at this level of dining. Additionally, refilling water took a long time even after my glass was empty. We had made our reservation about a month in advance, right when reservations opened, and specifically requested a window table to celebrate something. Unfortunately, we were not seated at a window table, despite several being available during our visit.

Server would not allow us to order appetizers and main dishes separately. Said it was restaurant policy that the full order has to be taken. We didn't want rushed. She told us she would space out. That never happened. Main dishes arrived as we were still eating apps. Staff just started to clear out appetizers and placed our mains. Additionally we ordered a nice bottle of champagne that we poured ourselves for refills. Without asking us for desert next thing was the check was placed on the table. All this and a mandatory 18% on all checks even a party of 4. Second time we've tried Ceiba and it will be the last which is a shame as the food and view are great.

Ceiba is phenomenal. Every time we stay at Conrad, Orlando, Ceiba is a must-go. The food is delicious and service is beyond immaculate. And of course, the views are fantastic, especially if you're able to catch sunset and/or Disney fireworks!
