Valentines Day was my first time dining at Ceiba, I had been eye-balling this restaurant for a while, so to see that there was a curated menu for the special occasion made it greater! The food profile was amazing, drinks were delicious, and our server Tim was amazing with lots of expert reccomendations. Had an overall ok experience, the service was good and attentive despite a bit of a mixup on both our ends with one dish however they made up for that well. Food overall was solid. Mostly disappointed that I had messaged ahead of time to request a wine menu which was not sent in the end. The view was better than expected. If you like to take pictures they have many good spots. The servers/hosts were amazing and very welcoming. Francisco took great care of us. They were great about fixing any mistake in an order (I.e. no cheeses) and were very quick to correct it without me having to really ask at all. Seating was quick but I also went mid week. Definitely will return!
