First time here and let me tell you request Mimi has your waitresses. I came for my 24th birthday and I am not a drinker but Mimi made sure to find the one drink that I would ❤️❤️. The food, the views of the water (the ambiance of the restaurant), and then Mimi made this experience top notch. Highly recommend for everyone looking for great food, great service, and an amazing atmosphere.
We ate at Ceiba during a recent stay. The food was very good and our waitress, Mimi, was very attentive and friendly, answering any questions we had about the menu and drinks. They were doing a special tequila bar event - the drinks were really good! We were also able to see the Disney fireworks during our meal, which was a cool feature.
Beautiful location, amazing food, and fast/friendly service. During dinner, we could see the Epcot fireworks show. Everything was spectacular. This is a must go restaurant in Orlando for an elevated experience.
