The service was absolutely terrible by the female server with a “mask” she was focus on a larger table because ours was only 3 people, the side orders arrived late, our plates arrived separately even though we order all together and the “chicharrón de pollo” was hard, cold and salty. The male server tried his best to help us every time I had to get up to get something that was never brought to the table or wrong, $22 for a lomo saltado not worth it. $22 for a chicken fried rice no way worth it and the. Chicharrón don’t order that, when we ask for desserts the barely had 2 available. The menu card presented to the table Is dirty, torn and nasty. OVERALL I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE OR EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO SOMEONE !!!! I made a comment to the lady who charge the credit card and she didn’t even care about it. Definitely Lack of customer service, and quality en general.

I have been coming here for many many years and the food have changed a lot make sure when you come and order Jalea de marisco no need to order for 2. -3 ppl they come with only 4 very dried shrimp and 1 muscle very little onion on top no matter what size you order where before was plenty was very disappointing however service was good and friendly!!

Weird food. Got 2 giant scoops of plain white rice and a large pile of fries. They put $3 worth of chicken and red onion on it and charge $22 for it. Flavor was good, but 95% starch. Sauce made the fries soggy and nasty. Even though I was sitting at a table, they bagged it up for a to- go order. $3 for a can of diet coke. Had to try it, won't be going back.
