They don't know about coffee only about customer service. Cappuccino always get expresso shot but all of their coffees were made with drip coffee. $6 drip coffee? Really? $6 is only for expresso coffee and if you are a coffee shop and serve drip coffee it needs to be a strong one otherwise no one will pay $6 in this area for medium drip coffee with a hint of milk. Definitely this area is about people that know nothing about good coffee they only care about decorations and customer service cause this coffee shop is nowhere near been 4.7 or 4.8 stars. Two persons running a coffee shop and none of them know about coffee or how to make expresso coffee or even the fact that expresso coffee is stronger than drip coffee

Very cute place, food is great but too crowd and small. We called in advance to double check availability when we got there there were not tables open and waited too long for the order.

I waited over 20 minutes for a pre-made Spinach Quiche (which tasted just OK). I had to remind the server TWICE to get it. Very disappointed. I won't go back.

Food was good. Ambiance is very cute but I felt it’s a bit too busy for how they operate. My first visit was met with chaotic business no one to direct new comers how they operate and if you order through the QR code you’ll most like likely get your order to go which beats the point of why we went.

I used to visit this place, but I don't think I'll go back. The food is not good and the prices are excessive... please never order the tresleches, it's absolutely disgusting. 5 stars for the waiter. Sorry 😞

Delicious food. Packed with flavor and presented beautifully. The coffees that I tried and had were great. It’s difficult to squeeze me for a five star review. With that said the coffees were warm and I enjoy a hot cup of coffee. Additionally the food was not hot. Despite that I would come again because of the variety of food on the menu, the great service and staff.

The food was good 👍 , but service TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. We spent 30 minutes telling the server if he could clean a table for us ( perfect for 4 people), and his answer was " just seat and I will clean later." What in the world, who would say that, what service is that, sending a new customer sit down in a table full of dirty dishes and food everywhere, aggg, gross. Never again, at least at this location, in Dr Phillips on Feb 23rd at 12sss something, the server was a young guy, the only one around the place.

Usually this place is great, but their staff has been disorganized lately. As a former coffee shop / cafe manager, the person calling the shots had the wrong people in place today. I waited 40+ minutes for two pastries and a cappuccino that were cold when I got it.

I was so excited to visit but ended up disappointed with my experience here. We waited 40 minutes for just two food items, and during that time, a server came by twice asking us to remind them what we ordered. (Others who placed food orders 20+ minutes after us were receiving their food while we still waited.) When our food finally arrived, it was incorrect—the steak was ordered medium rare but came out well done and was shockingly small (half the size of my palm). At $22 for just that singular dish, I expected much better. No effort was made by the staff to address the poor experience either. Definitely won’t be back and would not recommend.

Atmosphere was nice enough, but the pistachio latte tasted very artificial and had green sprinkles that were… cute, but unnecessary and unhealthy. After half an hour waiting on blueberry pancakes that are said to come with “real maple syrup” the pancakes - while could’ve had more blueberries - looked nice, but the syrup was disgusting. Definitely not “real” maple syrup. They refunded me for the pancakes no problem, but this place seems very overrated. It’s also overpriced. Disappointed and will not return.

A bit pricey for the Expedition coffee. It is, however, very good. In this time of xenophobia, it is good to find an 'ethnic' coffee shop that isn't Starbucks.

I sat for a few hours to get work done, but by around 10-11a, it got so overwhelmingly busy I couldn’t concentrate. I didn’t get anything to eat or drink, but the menu looked like it had great options.

In general terms, the place was very clean, very good decoration and pleasant atmosphere.
Following aspects that in my opinion need to be improved: customer service at the checkout, the guy who served me asked him for a strong coffee recommendation and he served me the weakest coffee they serve (American coffee) luckily the barista at the time changed my coffee and served me a good latte.
Adding tables to the place, they have a nice waiting room style area but the truth is it would be more functional for customers to have tables there.
Food: The food unfortunately arrived cold at the table ☹️ which is sad because the flavor of the cassava waffles is really good.
In general, the waiters were not attentive or helpful. It would be difficult for me to return to the place.

Overall the place was very clean, very good decoration and pleasant atmosphere.
