CFS Coffee Dr. Phillips

Staff member was SUPER friendly and helpful. I got an iced pistachio latte and lemon cake, it was brought to my table and they checked in a few times to see if i needed anything. Loved the welcoming atmosphere and conversation, on top of the delicious drink and food.

Thr protein smoothie was great. My coffee had an odd taste. I had it to go or would have said something.

I usually love CFS and regularly visit the location in lake nona and I’ll just say, I was so disappointed 😭 the lake nona location is much better.. the service, coffee, and cleanliness was subpar. I will probably opt for a different coffee shop when in the doctor phillips area.

Bad coffee, nowhere near a real espresso. Poor service, and this is the second time I've been thrown out at 5 PM because store is closing. You’ll never see me again

we came family of five, looking for a good coffee and everybody enjoyed. the coffee was great and also the food . they were so nice even when it was full.

This location went downhill. First they changed their hours to close at 5pm rather than 6pm. I had to wait over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. I understand having to wait that’s fine. But at least greet the customer. The final straw that got me upset was the guy who took my order redeemed my points without asking me! I didn’t want to redeem I wanted to save them. And I told him this and all he had to say was “it’s okay”. Terrible service!

My fiancé and I stopped by this coffee shop around 5:10 p.m., not realizing they closed at 5. The door was still open, and the shop was full of people mostly Hispanic enjoying their drinks and food, so we figured we could grab something quickly. But the moment we walked in, we were hit with stares that made us feel completely out of place. No one said anything, just watched us.

When we got to the counter, the staff member gave us a weird look and said, “We’re closed,” then walked us right back out and locked the door behind us even though the other customers stayed inside. As a Black couple, the whole interaction felt really uncomfortable. It left us questioning if we were treated that way because of who we are.
