Sweet and Savory All Day Breakfast
Sweet Toast
Two multigrain toast with your choise of butter (Nutella, Peanut Butter or Almond Butter) , topped with banana, strawberries, blueberries, sliced almonds, coconut flakes, and hemp seeds.
Protein Pancakes
Made with oat flour, vegan chocolate protein powder, eggs and almond milk topped with banana, mix berries, whipped cream and maple syrup on the side.
Yucca Waffle
Made with yucca flour topped with bananas, mix berries and maple syrup on the side.
Banana Berry Oatmeal
Warm old-fashioned oats with mashed bananas, cinnamon, and almond milk. Served with frozen mixed berries and your choice of peanut butter or almond butter.
Chocolate Protein Smoothie Bowl

The Works Omelete
Bacon, ham, red onions, red pepper and cheddar cheese. Side of roasted potatoes or multigrain toast.

Update August 2, 2025: Once again, CFS proved it is in a class by itself. Juan, Lucy and Vladimir were the winning team today. They personally took responsibility to welcome us, serve us and check to see if everything was perfect. Vladimir said, “We hope to see you again soon.” All had sincere, warm, calm vibes. As usual, the coffee did not need sweetener. Somehow they brew it perfectly every single time.

Ventured out of my norm routine to try CFS and so glad I did. Clearly a popular spot as it was busy at 1045am. Had the avocado toast dish with eggs and it didn't disappoint.

Will definitely be back!
