fueron tan poco profesionales, nuestra comida se cayó y dijo que la recogiera del piso que la metían a la freidora para matar las bacterias que se había recogido del piso. Ni ayudo a recoger la comida que se cayó. Solo se reía el señor de que la comida se había caído y que no queríamos dársela para que la metiera en la freidora de nuevo. Había pedido una ensalada de frutas sin queso y tuve que quitarle el puñado de queso que le habían puesto. Si se podía dar zero estrellas lo haría.

I went with my family and ate a burger with fries it took 20+ minutes for our food to be brought and we were the only ones there the cashier / guy who takes orders wasn't attentive at all I asked for pineapple sauce and he took 7 minutes to give me the saucesThe environment looked decent but not sanitary tables are too small for a group of 3+ peopleAfter 20 minutes of eating the food I felt nauseous and so did my family I don't if it was the grease or sauce but I'm being 100% honest when I say I have felt sick for the past 12 Hrs I hope this place and the owner can learn to manage it more efficiently and make the environment more welcoming instead of having the same tables and chairs for the past 7 years its time to change the atmosphere and start being more attentive towards the customers that buy your food I was not even satisfied with the food the bread was all soaked up and wet on my burger they could've cooked it better.
The place is unsanitary & needs deep cleaning. Staff/owners need a reality check I walk in & look at the menu to see what I want & not even 3 seconds in this man is really tapping his fingers on the counter hinting me to hurry up & acting like I’m wasting his time…. A PAYING COSTUMER WASTING HIS TIME?!?!? No truly I wasted my money & time there. The food review: you could tell that the shredded meat (ie: pork & chicken) was in the fridge/frozen, not fresh at all because the meat was cold they did not have time to heat it up long enough in the microwave seems like.. the raspado tasted like ice with orange juice for real it took me back to this mornings breakfast. I didn’t even step into the restroom but I really did not even want to imagine how gross it must’ve been. The whole ambiance & service was a whole ick. Never going back & good luck to those who decide to you’ve been warned.

Staff was nice and friendly. The natural juices were really good, that's about it. Ordered the Colombian hotdog combo and toston mixto. Hotdog wasn't the best and it's seemed half the size of the bun.. wasn't pleased about that.
