Very horrible customer service had tried to buy a soda from the vending machines that I've seen them restocked before the machine took my money I went to the cashier and asked about a possible refund or at least the soda waited to talk to manger/cook after 7-8 minutes later was asked what I was ordering I explained to him again that the soda machine took my money and didn't give me the soda then was told that they don't run the machines and told there was nothing they can do and they acted like they could careless I'm sorry I don't earn a lot of money and 2 dollars is a lot of money to me it was hot and I was thirsty next time I take my business somewhere else

Had a pretty good experience so far. Fourth time visiting the location. This Cafe is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat and then go about your business …. I order their chicken sandwich, plus LTO this time and it was delicious. Every sandwich has been not only tasty, but quite affordable. The staff knows how to treat their costumers and when they saw me they ask me if I want my usual, so often by the time I order at cashier my order is ready. Stop by for a great experience.

Champs Cafe is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. Although I normally get their bacon, egg and cheese, plus I add lettuce, tomatoes, and onion for breakfast. I also get their chicken sandwich, plus LTO. Every sandwich has been not only tasty, but quite affordable. The staff knows my sandwich, and when they see me in line to order, ask me if I want my usual, so often by the time I order at cashier my order is ready. Stop by for a great experience.
There are days that I stop at Champs Cafe inside the Lynx station downtown just for a coffee ,but today Ms Tina, the manager, suggested the Cappuccino and it is really Good!I really appreciated!

The Philly cheeses steak was ok, the fries were bad and the brisk I asked for tasted so bad, I took one sip and I knew something was wrong with drink either they need to fix that soda machine or someone spit in my drink. The place looks disgusting. If you don’t wanna run the risk of catching a disease don’t eat here.

These days it is hard to find exactly what you want with organic and vegan and such. I was surprised at how decent and just good the food was here. Fries are good. Soda is good and not too expensive. They even have shrimp fried fish and chicken tenders. Great daily specials.
