Couldn't get the two people in there to stop talking to each other, I ordered a cheese steak and they ignored everything I said... guess they would rather socialize than sell food :o( Sad, the food was pretty good but won't go back that's for sure! Too many food choices to be treated like crap and ignored

Save your time and don’t go here! On 05/22 I spent $32 on two meals both meals COLD. And vegetables were hard and seemed old. I brought it in a nice manner to a young girl who was working with a young male. She looked at me and told me no they won’t remake it or regrill it not even re make it. Horrible service talked and laughed about it after save your time ! 0/0

Was here this past Sunday with my family for the first time and the food was delicious, the Service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean ! Thank you !!
Not impressed at all. Store is in serious need of structural repair. The ceiling grid behind the hood system is sagging, AC vents are filthy, ceiling tiles are water stained and one has a hole while another looks like it's ready to fall to the floor. Hopefully it won't hit anyone. Manager was rude and sarcastic when the wife needed a fork because of her recent dental surgery. Our last time coming here.

I love the Charley’s off of East Colonial, but the Waterford Lakes was disappointing and a big waste of money. The fries tasted like they were cooked in very old oil, the floors appeared to be dirty and they were sticky, the soda fountain was not dispensing the syrup correctly so it was just carbonated water. My sandwich, a chicken cheesesteak, did not taste good and I ended up not finishing anything.

I ordered takeout. A small cheesesteak with lettuce and tomato. This is what I got. The only lettuce was the piece I’m holding in my hand. I had to throw out the drink as well as it had no syrup. This place, like many other fast food places, lack the quality and consistency for the amount of money they charge today. Will not be coming back.
