Overall not the greatest for a place that only does Philly Steaks. Would definitely try again.

My personal preference would be bread better toasted and better quality fries and maybe a slightly better value or lower price.

They are making people purchase larger size sandwiches and lying about not having small bread. I asked for a small sandwich and was told, “Sorry we don’t have any small bread we only have regular and large” so I then asked why not cut the regular bread in half to make a small? He then says “well we have the small bread but we are waiting until Black Friday to use it” so you’re waiting to use bread for 2 weeks? They are trying to make more money getting over on patrons by saying they don’t have something they really do have. Not only are you not serving the bread but it won’t be fresh for Black Friday. What sense does that make other than they are getting over on patrons. I won’t go back and to future patrons don’t trust what they are saying. I’m sure when Black Friday comes the will still be using that lie of not having small bread.

Low quality protein, I ordered the teriyaki chicken sandwich and what little it came with looked like chicken skins and disgusting. At least this one, I don't recommend.

In this place they only sell the regular sandwich and the large one, they have a sign that they make small ones and they say that they don't have it. It will be laziness or unethical!!

Probé el old school, el más grande y viene súper bien servido, aparte de todo delicioso, muy grande como para compartir y su gente muy amable.

Eduardo has zero sense of urgency. I stood infront of the register with my mobile order page ready to show him so I can pick up my order that I see just sitting on top of a table. Ignore me me for about 3-4 minutes in which to me are very valuable as I also have to get back to work from my short break. The reason why I schedule pick ups to save time and here is Eduardo disregarding the costumers time. Instead of talking to coworkers infront of customers about miscellaneous things, help the same people who get you paid.( Not once did I show attitude I was just highly discontent with the whole experience.

Well, where do I start: hostile cashier, dirty food preparation area, employees without covering their hair or the dirty floor. I eat at these restaurants most of the time I visit the outlets and it's embarrassing to see a place like this.
