Fries were soggy and at first when I told the lady I didn’t get my fries, she said I did. It wasn’t until she called over the other kid who said he never gave them to me

Had a really good meal at Charley’s in Orlando. We ordered the 20 boneless chicken deal with fries and chose two flavours. The chicken was cooked really well overall — one flavour wasn’t quite for me, but the Cajun chicken was spot on and definitely the standout. Fries were average, but still did the job.

We also had a Philly steak sandwich which was really nice and full of flavour.

Special shout-out to our server, Charlotte — she was patient, helped us choose, and genuinely looked after us. Great service makes such a difference.

Would happily come back and try more from the menu.

The food is not good. The steak has 0 flavor. They give you more bread than the meat ratio ( Very Skimpy ) for the price they charge you. $23 for a meal. The lemonade is water down and they fill the cup with ice. Never again will waste my money in this establishment.

I’m one of the retail workers in the mall so I had my 30 minute break. My store was right next to the food court so I thought Charlie’s would be a good idea. Normally I love Charlie’s with Sarah at the front desk. Just seem like she was having a horrible time before I got there, which is normally fine. We all have bad days But on top of waiting over 15 minutes to receive my order the order was Completely wrong I asked for ultimate fries. The fries seem like they were older and there wasn’t even any ranch on them. I ordered a chicken teriyaki with simply mushrooms and onions. The sandwich came back completely wrong and when I came to the desk to let them know they just offered me a sorry and literally. 1/10 seriously

Absolutely burnt rock hard boneless chicken tenders dried out meat and sandwiches no napkins $85 order Uber to arrest to go to a hotel and this is how Charlie's Steak treat their customer save your money and go somewhere else

I chose Charley's because I had a gift card only to find out this place doesn't accept gift cards. The food tasted good but was a little dry and the chicken was only on half the sandwich.

First off the counter was super dirty. Second they had to remake my sandwich because they weren't paying attention when I wanted it plain. Then I get home and my cheese fries has bacon when I didn't want bacon. Can you please talk to your employees about paying attention? When I was waiting for my remake they messed up another persons food as well. This purchase was made on 4/28/2025 about 7:30pm

The food was great, service was impeccable especially from the manager Tekeisha I think her name is. It's a little pricy but what isnt?

Cashier was good. Ordered Philly cheesesteak and barely had any meat in it, no yellow cheese, told me all they had was provolone, and absolutely no seasonings. First and last time eating here.

They took way to long on just 6 chicken wings and ranch was moldy

Disappointing to say the least. Queue took a very long time to clear, and the server at the counter was very hard to understand due to the speed at which they spoke. After all that, the cheesesteak was pretty bland and flavour less, with the best part of the meal being the lemonade. I'd recommend trying any other restaurant in this food court given the price I paid for this meal.

Absolutely disappointed. The sandwich was just okay at best, the fries were cold and hard—felt like they were undercooked. For the price, I expected much better. Portions are ridiculously small—just a heads-up, the sandwiches are barely are 8 inches long, definitely not a hero. Overpriced and underwhelming. Honestly, save your money. You can get a bigger, better, and more flavorful Philly cheesesteak elsewhere for way less. I won’t be ordering from here again.
