Disappointing to say the least. Queue took a very long time to clear, and the server at the counter was very hard to understand due to the speed at which they spoke. After all that, the cheesesteak was pretty bland and flavour less, with the best part of the meal being the lemonade. I'd recommend trying any other restaurant in this food court given the price I paid for this meal.

Absolutely disappointed. The sandwich was just okay at best, the fries were cold and hard—felt like they were undercooked. For the price, I expected much better. Portions are ridiculously small—just a heads-up, the sandwiches are barely are 8 inches long, definitely not a hero. Overpriced and underwhelming. Honestly, save your money. You can get a bigger, better, and more flavorful Philly cheesesteak elsewhere for way less. I won’t be ordering from here again.

What a FRAUD!!!:
The large old school cheesesteak meat portion was basically regular portion amount of meat at inflated cost along with that inflated B.S. combo price for small cup of fries-Smh..Large Strawberry lemonade that was a cup of ice and not filled to the top. Do Not Waste Your Money at that Premium Outlet Mall Location. I've had better experiences at other locations. Grade: F -

Lies they say they deliver but don’t. So I called to place a pickup and said I have to come in to place order. And the guy on the phone very rude would not recommend this place

I was standing in front of this place before 9:00 p.m. and the workers were so ready to get out here on May 30th 2024 they totally turned their back to me and didn't say anything, and proceeded to shut down. If I was the manager of this business I would be furious at turning customers away before 9pm!! Check the cameras

Location is regularly out of too many menu items. Today, this would include small sized bread for cheesestakes, cups for smaller drinks and other products to make menu items. They also have two cash registers open serving customers and then making the customers wait around 20 minutes for their food. This is my third visit to this location and it’s always poorly operated.

Cockroach problem I worked here for a few days and could not return because I got food poisoning from my employee meal. There are no health code standards set in place by the manager. They serve old food as the samples, so please don't eat them. I watched them serve the same sandwiches that had been made at 10 am, get "reheated" and served to customer's again at 4 pm. When the junior manager overheard me talking on the phone about it, she gave me a dirty look and pretended to throw them away only for them to be taken out and served again after I left. The conditions I observed were absolutely disgusting. I've been a restaurant manager for over 10 years, and I was horrified.

Better cheesesteak sandwich than in Philly.Meat very very tender.Bread doesn't fall apart and doesn't get soupy. Mushrooms tomatoes salad cucumbers onions freely selectable.As a menu, good cheap price. One of the better meals for fast food.

we come to vineland every vacation in Orlando and Charleys is normally very good. Sadly was a fairly poor experience this time, dry over cooked crunchy steak and what appears to be a cheese shortage lead to a well below normal experience, not something i would rush back to.
