Did not get what I ordered. Manager was ok but trying to work with the two staff members he had it was surprising that anything was done. I ordered and paid for a cheese steak with extra chicken and got only a chicken sandwich. I live almost an hour drive away, and I now understand why they haven't expanded to my area.
We’ve had decent experiences here before, but today was an absolute fustercluck. They had a big sign saying they were short handed and service would be slow. They weren’t kidding. I had placed my online order and it said it would be ready by 12:40pm. I arrived at 12:40 and went to the counter. The frazzled cashier asked for my name, which I yelled over all the other noise.
