I’m annoyed. I got there and waited 35 minutes to even be greeted or served. People have lunches that they want to get a quick bite for. But they prioritize their DoorDash orders and that’s what the lady was doing while I was the only person in the lobby. On top of that a combo through DoorDash is $19 compared to in-store being 12 for the exact same. Ofc they prioritize those orders because the restaurant inputs the amount.

We visited the Kirkman location and stood at the register for 10-15 min before our order was taken we was not greeted and there was only two workers need more employees

When we arrived, there was no line yet we waited forever just to give our order because the workers were talking and laughing with each other at a table, the food tastes....decent however it did not sit well in our systems. Not the first time we eat Charley's but this time the food did not sit well in our systems. Probably the worst Charley's we have been to In Orlando which makes us sad because we love Charley's

I’m so glad yall have standalone stores but… the experience in the app could be better

Taking survey before I could order but been standing in line for 10+ min and there is only one worker here. We are the only ones in line with one person in dining area waiting. Haven’t been greeted or order taken.
