I stopped in to place an order and pulled up to the drive-thru someone attempted to speak with me but their Mike was not working properly so I drove to the window to place my order and no one came to the window I waited for approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds and still no response I saw someone walking around inside during business hours and got no response so I drove away very disappointed and decided that my stop at Charlie's Philly steaks with just a waste of my time and don't plan on going back ?

The three of us ordered different cheese steaks our order came out quickly and were very good but a rude family could not keep there two kids from running around the dining room yelling and being obnoxious one of the staff did ask politely to the parents to control the kids they rudely said to mind their own business they stayed about 10 more minutes and left. Left a mess on the table and floor. The staff quickly cleaned it all up. High marks for the staff negative marks for the rude family.

was very plesantly pleases hadnt eaten here before so i gave it a try. Let me tell you if you like teriyaki then your gonna love the chicken teriyaki sandwich man it was awsome my taste buds cant wait to try all thst is on tje menu well not T once but one at a time if the rdst of their foodfare is as good looh out becsuse CHARLIES is gonna be #1

Customer Service here sucks big time. But the food is good usually. Hate that they usually close off the upper section. Why close it? Prob laziness. Less to clean. And they tend to blast reggaeton way too loud. I like reggaeton but it's not professional or relaxing.

We were looking for a place to grab a quick lunch and found Charley's. I got the Philly chicken sandwich with fries and a peach lemonade. Hubby got wings with fries and strawberry lemonade. Everything was good except my chicken lacked flavour. It could have been more seasoned. I added a little salt and pepper and it tasted much better. The fries and peach lemonade were excellent. Hubby had no complaints about his food.
