Charley's Steak House

My wife and I went to Charley’s for the first time for our 20 year anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it special. The service was amazing and the food was excellent. Highly recommend!

This place was exceptional and every detail was impressive. Their service was top notch and the food was some of the best we've had at any steak restaurant. We will be back for our next visit to Orlando.

We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were thrilled with our experience! We had a private booth in the front room. The table was set with some orchid petals and a card singed by the staff. The ambiance was wonderful! The wait staff were impeccable. Was food was all delicious. And we were given a special appetizer and dessert for our Anniversary. The restaurant made our entire evening so special!

Jonathan a managing partner greeted and sat us at a table. John the server was very knowledgeable and attentive. Cat one of the managers was very kind and made our visit extra special. The team there worked hard to make us happy and to make up for a bad experience we had at the Tampa restaurant. They excelled!!! Thanks again for renewing our faith in Charley's.

20 years ago, I ate at Charlie's and remember it being one of the best filets I've ever eaten. Nothing has changed, it's still top notch where the steaks, service, and overall ambience of the restaurant were. If you're in the Orlando area, do not miss out on this jewel.

Enjoyed another great birthday membership meal at Charley's, with a free 8 ounce filet. The service was ausumn, and, with every visit, they fulfilled a couple of special requests I make on every visit. I highly recommend visiting. Stephen, our server, and Cat, the manager went above and beyond, guaranteeing my future return.

We have been comming to Charley’s for years . Excellent food ( Kansas City strip 22 oz.) and Charley’s steak grill masters never disappoints Us . Same awesome juicy And the most flavorful steak as the first . Thank u for keeping the quality of food the same . Charlie steak house is the best ever hands down . We love Charlie’s steak house !

We had a great experience. The drinks, the food and our server were amazing. The only downside was we were seated close to the private room and there was a check in process at the private room door for over 50 people. They were qued in front of our table and speaking loud for a large portion of our dinner. This was unfortunate, but did not by Any means ruin the occasion. We would return, but would ask to be not seated in this area.  

Unfortunately, we did not have as great of a time as we usually do. The issue was check-in related as the Hostess could not locate my reservation (which was made on this platform). Because of this, she gave away my table and then treated us like a walk-in, even after showing her proof that I did in fact make a reservation. She didn't seem to care about the confusion, didn't apologize or attempt to make it right. Very unusual and disappointing. Thankfully once we got seated, everything was great as usual. The food was amazing. The only issue was the time to get our drinks from the bar was over 20 minutes. But the restaurant was packed and the staff likely was not prepared for such a rush. No big deal.

I felt like I was in a Chicago steakhouse. It was dim and quiet and the food and service were excellent. My only quibble is how some of the clientele were dressed. Many were in shorts and T shirts which isn't appropriate for this type of restaurant.

Charleys is the place to be. If you are looking forward to having dinner as corporate, family, or romantic, you can find it in Charleys steakhouse. The managers and staff go out there way to make your experience great. Even the bar tenders are great and friendly. Enjoy Charleys steakhouse won't regret it.

The expectation was high and highly recommended Today more than ever the experiences have to be 360 ​​degrees I think it lacks to be a great place - the entrance (facade) very x - Initial cocktails good (while you wait for the table) - Initial assigned table - at the entrance of the hallway (I asked for a change and they gave us a better table in the main room) - Good starters - Steak main porterhouse tough - Wayu for my son was overcooked - The waitress had to be hunted down to serve - $120 per person average without soup, without dessert, and poor service at the table I think there are better options in Orlando for steak house I would not return I do not recommend it

This was a delicious meal. I would recommend it. We ate the dry aged ribeye, bacon cheddar mashed potatoes, garlic broccoli, baby wedge salad, and chimichurri sauce. My wife had a glass of Cabernet and I a ginger ale. The steak was tasty, the mashed potatoes were delicious, the broccoli was a little disappointing and we were not the biggest fan of this chimichurri. The wedge salad was the highlight, full disclosure I love lettuce, wedges were cut to manageable pieces for four people with a nice pungent roquefort bleu cheese, highlighted by smoke chunks of amazing bacon.

Our server was Shelby. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and made recommendations for us. She was pleasant to to talk to and very attentive to our table.

The atmosphere was quiet and properly lit, surprisingly for such a large restaurant.

I gave the food four stars because of the menu choices. There is not an appetizer that does not include fish. My wife does not eat seafood therefore we couldn't order one. I also was not impressed with the broccoli or chimichurri. This would not deter me from returning.

I have had better steak in Orlando but the whole package is here therefore I suggest trying Charley's Steak House out.
