We have been visiting this location for over 10+ years. It has always been great but today it felt short. The service was great!!! Top notch, but the steak not soo good! The steak was over done and charred, and I didn’t want to complain but after tasting my son’s $80 steak at home it was worse than I thought. I wish I had tried it at the restaurant and brought it to their attention. Honestly not worth the money today!
My dinner was just ok and I got the same response from the other 2 people at my table , it wasn't worth the price , will not be returning !
Upon making the reservation, I contacted the establishment and inquired about the possibility of an early arrival. The woman I spoke with confirmed that this would be acceptable. My reservation was scheduled for 7:30, but I requested to arrive at 7:00, to which she agreed. Upon arrival, we were advised that we would be attended to shortly. However, we were not seated until 7:40 PM. We ordered calamari, which lacked flavor and had an unpleasant texture, similar to eating rubber. The steak we ordered was requested to be cooked to medium, but it was tough, and the asparagus lacked the flavor indicative of proper cooking.
We ordered the Wagyu steaks, and unfortunately three of them arrived significantly undercooked. The kitchen took them back, but when they returned, the steaks had been cut in half to finish cooking, which caused them to lose both flavor and quality — disappointing, especially at $120 per steak. On the positive side, the service was excellent, and the lobster bisque was very good. One guest did mention feeling sick after the crab, which was concerning. I still gave the restaurant three stars because they're normally outstanding. It just seemed like the kitchen may have been off their game this time.
Always a great experience at Charley's. Porterhouse is the best steak I have ever had there.
Hosted a business dinner at Charley's and had a wonderful experience. Service was wonderful and I can't imagine how the food could have been any better. Great wine list and plenty of menu options. Definitely will be back!
We enjoyed prompt and excellent service, well-made cocktails and the bartender/waiter suggested an excellent wine paired to our meal choice. Ahi Tuna and steak Tartare appetizers were excellent, our NY Strip and 21 day aged ribeye with truffle butter were cooked perfectly and amazing. If you want an amazing steak experience that's a bit more budget-friendly just get a steak. You'll be happy. Deserts were fantastic.
Charley's Steak Hours is always a treat when we are visiting Orlando. Whether it is business, pleasure or little of both, we can count on an amazing experience.
Rob was our server and did an excellent job. We started out with 6 raw oysters which were good, not great. A signature salad for each was good. I had the small pork chop that was good as any I've ever had! Perfectly cooked and seasoned, juicy and tender. My wife had the center cut filet, medium rare. It was a little overcooked, a bit dry and the char on it was difficult to eat. Shared the augratin potatoes, very good. A bottle of wine topped off an overall nice dinner experience.
Excellent service!! Cannot say enough about the staff-friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Would return in a heartbeat and was definitely a highlight of our trip to Orlando. Great atmosphere and food.

Great choice for my 50th birthday. Service A1 had a wonderful experience. Angel was well knowledgeable and helpful with our selections for dinner. Angel was very very professional along with waitress Shannon they were both polite and attentive. Everything was EXCELLENT!!!! Steak cooked to perfection. Kudos Angel and Shannon. Manager was very nice as well
I've been to a lot of steakhouses in Florida, and this one is absolutely amazing. There's just something much different about the flavor of each cut. The steaks are grilled to perfection and the flavor is to die for ...This place is worth the long drive...Just mouth watering 😋 The service is also amazing
Food was great, but our waiter Dan was extremely slow. It shouldn't take over 2 hours to eat a meal without appetizers. People who sat after us were eating before us. This was not like our first 2 visits. When you have children you want to eat and go before any meltdowns. We didn't have that.

The vibe is fine. I started with a cold seafood appetizer with giant shrimp, lump (imitation) crab meat, a king crab claw, and oddly halfed lobster stuffed with mayonnaise- based seafood salad. The shrimp were good but I was not a fan of the cocktail sauce. The mustard sauce was good. Next was Ceasar salad with not enough dressing (barely enough to notice it was Ceasar dressing). I had the fillet mignon which came with some sort of weird gravy on top. The gravy turned my stomach. The sides were potatoes and corn which were all right. Finished off with strawberry cake which was a yellow cake prepared with fresh strawberries. The cake was moist and pretty good. The service was good. We were in a large group so the servers were rushed. However, they kept the drinks flowing and tried to right my daughter's entree.

I was here first for my bachelorette and had such a great experience that I brought my husband back for our honeymoon, and had just as great an experience. The quality of the food, staff, and ambiance were spectacular. This restaurant really knows how to make you feel special while serving up delicious food at the same time (and giving you more than you bargained for). Steaks were seasoned and cooked perfectly to our liking.
