My friend and I had a great table from which to have a decent conversation without shouting.The service was excellent. I marked the food down to a "4" because the steak was very salty. The manager offered a free dessert, as well as a gift card for our next visit in compensation. Thank you!

Always amazing. They take consistency to a new level. From appetizers, to main course to the dessert offerings, high quality and incredible service.

The new prime boneless ribeye was the best steak ever and the grilled Cauliflower is always magnificent!

Our waitress was great! Pleasant, knowledgeable, and prompt. The food was delicious, the Kansas City steak strip with truffle butter was tender and flavorful. I like that you get good portion sizes for the price.

My 25oz lobster tail was hard and over cooked. They and a large party that was much more important than our 6-top was.

Everything was on par for my expectations at Charley's. Service and food were excellent. Recognition as returning diners was appreciated, especially the complimentary appetizer and dessert, which was not expected!! Thank you Shannon and Tara, and Jonathan for another perfect dining experience.

We came to celebrate a couple Birthdays w some friends while we were in town. The service was excellent and the food was great. I've been coming here to this location for over 20 years and it never disappoints. They were kind enough to bring everyone an ice cream dessert surprise at the end of the dinner. I almost had to be rolled out there! I would highly recommend this place for any special occasion or just a really good meal. The staff seemed genuine and appreciative of us being there. I will be coming back when I am in town.

Every member of the staff was outstanding but especially Rachel! Food was beyond excellent and bar service was spot on for recommendations and prompt delivery We will definitely be back

Over all it was a nice-ish experience. I don't know that I would rush to go back for the money we spent and what we received. We ordered gator tail that was very chewy and not great. Wouldn't order that again. I did order my steak well done but it came wayyy overcooked. The scalloped potatoes were great and the chewy cake for dessert was fantastic. The service was good. They were on top of everything. They made a mistake at the end with giving me the wrong bill. There was confusion on what we were supposed to pay. It was an honest mistake. The manager did come over and offered a gift card for a round of drinks as an apology.

Wagyu filet was inedible. The regular filet came out raw when ordered medium well. The side vegetables were not cooked and hard as a rock

We were seated right away(we had reservations). We were greeted by our waitress, Rebecca, right away. She was so friendly, pleasant, knew the menu inside out, she answered all of our many questions and made great recommendations. My husband and I were celebrating our 38th year anniversary and were pleasantly surprised at the special attention we received. We are planning to return here when back in the area!

Charley's is the place to go for that special occasion or to have an exceptional meal! Service is meant to please!

I visited Charley's Steak House in Orlando on August 7 at 9 PM. While the service was truly outstanding — our server was attentive, friendly, and quick to accommodate — the rest of the experience fell short. The food quality was disappointing, lacking the flavor and presentation expected at this price point. Ambience was underwhelming, and the value for money simply wasn't there. On a positive note, the restaurant was relatively quiet, which made conversation easy. Overall, great service couldn't quite make up for the poor food, ambience, and value.

This is probably the fifth time that I've eaten at this location. As always, everything was perfect!! The food and service were amazing, and Frias and Rachael did an incredible job. I will continue to bring customers and teammates in for an amazing experience!! Thank you!!

We had an excellent meal and Chris provided great service! Always stop in when in Orlando. Have been eating here for over 30 years.
