This is a first class restaurant!!! I am from Charlotte NC and came twice in 3 days. I am soooo impressed! The taste service price service was exceptional! Skylar was great and Joshua helped me with a reservation at the last minute. This is a must go!!!!! Thanks to everyone that made our experience great. I came by myself first then brought 6 others the next time. Everyone was thrilled!!! This will be our annual spot as we come back for our annual conference!Rob Davis

We went in a couple weeks ago while at a trade show with a group of 10. The food was amazing, but the service was horrible. Could hardly get water refills, for over 2 hours there our table only received two drinks. I believe the built-in gratuity was 21% and just the fact that they only gave us two drinks probably cost that server well over $100 in his pocket. Empty water and infrequent check-ins really infuriate me as I have worked Food Service in the past and those are two of the worst cardinal sins you can make. They appeared to have plenty of staff on hand so it wasn't like the server was working the entire restaurant. After tip our bill was nearly $2400 and had they made more rounds likely closer to $3000. It wasn't the price-but the lack of service we receieved for that kind of meal- we expected more.

They cone off most of the parking for valet, so had to park far away. I don't like strangers in my car. Steaks were good, but not nearly worth the inflated price. Side dishes don't come with the meal.
Terrible experiance at Charleys Steak House. I go often with my family and clients and have always had a great experience. This time we were rushed through our ordering, the server did not want to show us the presentation of the meat since we had been there before. We never got refills on drinks. I asked for lemon at least 4 times before getting it. We got our desert , was a birthday and they knew and did nothing. They left the check and never came back.I did call weeks ago and spoke to the beverage manager who told me she would call me back and make it right, I am still waiting.

I dined here for a business meeting tonight and Kayla went out of her way to serve us with elegance. We were extremely impressed with how swift she was all at the same time delivering an exceptional presentation. The food was delicious to say the least and we will be back to be served by Kayla again!

This was my partner and I's third time visiting and it is always absolutely perfect! We took his parents for their first time and everything was wonderful! We don't live in Orlando anymore but will always make our way here when we're in town. Our servers Angel and Shannon were so kind and so knowledgeable and we were absolutely blown away as always.

Celebrated our 1 year anniversary here. Had the MOST incredible wagyu steak, absolutely perfection. The drinks were great and we finished with the most incredible salted caramel cheesecake!!
