After sitting in line to order they make you drive around to the other lane to sit and wait AGAIN!. Over 15 minutes between both lines .

Who ever came up with this idea needs to be immediately fired!

Also get your shake machine fixed!!

(UPDATE)
Well, to today, I decided to give the BossBrisket sandwich a try today. My husband also had Checkers for lunch but opted for something else as he stated the brisket did not look appealing to him. What I did not expect was to have mayo and bbq sauce on it . Which did not seem to go well with my taste buds. Maybe it's just me. Anyhow, the photos below show's the advertised sandwich (I don't expect it to look exactly the same), my sandwich I received and my receipt. The math does not add up

Food was ok. They only have 1 drive thru lane open and the other lane is for mobile app which most people do not use.

My family was really satisfied with the service in this location, hot food, friendly staffing.

Kid-friendliness: Staffing really nice and kind to my kids as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: This location has access to wheelchair from parking spot then all across the parking lot to the restroom and to the dinning area and even to the walk up window to order.

I ordered around 3:15am order 28.11 3 orders of double spicy, 1 fully loaded fries 1 apple pie the high blonde hair girl mumbled her words to go around the other lane to get fresh food ( she looks heavy under the influence) we drove around back waited for an hour same girl came to the window and asked what was our order 2 seconds later asking again what was our order then someone else came to the window and asked What was our order It was THREE times they asked we got frustrated cause we waited an hour for fresh foood and no one knew what our order was we asked for a refund then no one came to the window for a good five minutes until we said Hellooo then they apparently gave us a refund with a receipt that said 0.00 with nothing else on it?? And they didn’t even know what our order was??? Horrible customer service I personally work at fast food and this was one of the worst experiences I ever had. We left with no food and not knowing if we’re gonna get our money back. Corporate needs to watch this store and what’s going on cause this was ridiculous didn’t leave out of there till 4:10am

1st off, the whole robot ordering at the screen is a mess. It took 3x as long to place an order. Then the order wasn’t even right and we were missing food. I parked, walked up and waited at the window while the worker saw me and ignored me for over 10 mins. I had to knock on the window (the walk up window where you place an order) for her to acknowledge me. So if anyone had actually wanted to order she would have avoided them.
Told her what I was missing, she acted like I didn’t just come through and then said “oh yeah, alright then”… got the sandwich and didn’t even say sorry for the mess up, sorry about that .. nothing. Handed the food to me and shut the window. Terrible customer service.
