Came here at about 3am this morning to pick up a DoorDash order. When I pulled in there was only 1 car in the drive thru line so it was not busy, I walked up to the pick up window and tried getting the attention of 2 staff members to let them know I was picking up a order and I was completely ignored for over 10 minutes. The 2 staff members I saw were both on their phones and just not paying attention at all, one of them finally noticed me and she slowly walked up to the window while texting someone and hardly even make eye contact with me until she opened the window. Terrible experience..

We went there and the reptiles working in there were rude, unprofessional, messed up our order, and took forever. I’m sure this review won’t deter people from going there, BUT, if it does, I’m sure the employees wouldn’t mind doing less work than they are.

Restrooms were out of order so could not wash hands or get cleaned up. Decided not to eat there.

They messed up my order so bad. I don't understand why their system doesn't require a count check on the receipt. It should say this many items are in the bag so items don't get missed. I'm missing 2 apple pies, 1 big Buford, and I got a spicy chicken instead of a double cheeseburger. Do better at reading and math or develop a system where there's a number count of items at the end.

Checkers never disappoints...and the specials they run give you a great value for the money...this location was super clean and the staff at 1pm on 9/17 was fast, friendly and courteous

Why!, why do we have to drive around to the other side to get order after paying and getting drinks? Why! This building was designed with 2 windows for taking 2 orders at a time for faster service . Instead of waiting double the time at the second window .
You know what it’s not designed for?. To drive the wrong direction towards a car coming out of the other lane from the other window.
After sitting in line to order they make you drive around to the other lane to sit and wait AGAIN!. Over 15 minutes between both lines .
Who ever came up with this idea needs to be immediately fired!
My honest opinion I love Jagger's butIf you know that a burger has been sitting thereFor more than 30 minutes and he's shoeThrow it outOr give it to a homeless person instead of wasting itDon't give it to the pain Customer because you're you're just trying to get rid of
