Imagine waiting for a fresh meal and getting something that tastes like it clocked in for the lunch shift and forgot to clock out. That’s exactly what this burger was old, dry, and absolutely unfit to serve and in fact violates Code 64E-11.003(2)(a)–(d). I called to address it, and the employees attitude matched the food: stale, cold, and completely unprofessional. Hanging up on a customer instead of fixing the issue says a lot about how this place is run. The level of laziness and disrespect is unreal. If this crew put half as much energy into their food as they do into their attitude, the place might actually be worth a dime. Shut this location DOWN and take the workers with it

Avoid this place at all cost. I ordered a number 1 combo. They got it wrong the first time. Then my burger had one way way over cooked patty and the other was raw in the middle. When I asked the girl at the window to fix it she sucked her teeth and walked away. They somebody, I'm guessing was a manager walked up opened the window and said what's your problem. I've never been so insulted. I will never go back.

The worst service! Ordered online and received a text that my food was done. I pulled up to their online order window and for 20 minutes didn’t even get an acknowledgment from the staff of four that were inside. They were assisting a couple of customers at the walkup window and that’s it. After 20 minutes i got out of my car, went to the walk up window and told asked why they wouldn’t even go to the window. The guy looked at me like I just came out of a UFO. Gave him my name and the order was underneath a counter just sitting there getting cold. I took my food and noticed I did not get a straw for my drink. I went back to the window and the girl said nothing to me, no eye contact, nothing. The rudest person I have ever encountered. Worst part of it all, once I got home, two of the four sandwiches we had ordered were wrong. Go here at your own risk.

After driving by this location for the past 6 months, I finally gave it a shot. I've had checkers before but the customer service from Summer today makes me want to go back to this location.
Such a positive attitude, smile etc.... makes me want to go back!

I had a frustrating experience at a drive-thru the other day. There was a lady with blue hair who was quite rude while taking my order. I asked her for a moment to decide, but when I was ready, I called for my order multiple times and got no response. Eventually, I drove up to the window, and it took her about 10 minutes to come and speak to me.

When she finally did, she rudely told me to go back around to the drive-thru because she had taken the order of the car behind me. I couldn't understand why I should do that. She was really disrespectful, and when I tried to talk to another worker for help, he wasn’t much assistance either. In the end, I decided that I won’t be going back there again.

There's always trash all over the place outside. The general manager is rude and disrespectful. I asked him a question and he just walked away didn't even answer it and just pushed me away. Mind you they just opened 30 mins ago and they were slow

I ordered a regular cheese burger and told them I was allergic to onions. 3 times they had to remake my burger because they couldn't get a simple allergy notification right! I generally like checkers too. Outrageous experience.

I gave 2 stars because 1 person was nice and my order was right. However, being asked to come through the drive-thru on the other side of the building to still have to wait 15 minutes for food is insane! Please fix that!
