For a store that's this new, it is a mess. I hate the AI ordering even though i've never had any problems with it. Each of the 4 times i've been to this store, they've been slow, had problems with my app order, been understaffed, and there's been issues with my order, food just looks hap-hazardly tossed in the bag.

checkers advertises that they are open until 4 am, however I sat in the drive through at 3 am September 30 for about 15 minutes with nothing from the two workers inside. After waiting I thought how am I going to eat this late ? So I looked on doordash to see if they were accepting orders and they were and had to order online at a surplus’s charge instead of normal because they were hoping we’d leave. In addition there were other cars circling in hopes of assistance but were also neglected but the lazy staff inside. If the staff is going to ignore the drive through might as well just close earlier instead of falsely advertising 4 am.

You have a 50/50 shot for someone to actually take your order. Fries are also much worse here than other locations. I would avoid this place, but if you do happen to find yourself here, there is a zaxbys right next door that is much better.

To clarify things, of the 3 guys who worked today at the time in the afternoon, a person with a very blue hair color was really very rude when accepting an order, please or give him a raise Or tell her to try to be in a good mood in the work area. If she has problems, believe me, we all have problems and we don't have to make a bad face at other people. I can assure you that if she treats her that way, she will surely get away with it. rude, happy day

Thank you to Cindy and Luigi, the GM and cook that were on staff in the evening on 8/30/24. You hit my customer service expectations out of the park! Thank you so much for taking my lunch order and subsequent packing requests in a quick and orderly fashion and understanding my quick bite plight as a supervisor at VERY BUSY neighboring business and need to get my (ballin on a budget) order quick so me and my co-supervisor could survive the rest of our understaffed shift. I was welcomed by a wonderful, bright smile from Cindy who was very engaging to me as a customer and Luigi, who despite was being in the midst of receiving on the spot training from Cindy, was also attentive to my requests (and banter lol). Food service isn't an easy industry; Cindy seems to manage her store with confident leadership, excellent service, and cleanliness that I hope to see at more Checker's stores if they follow her example. I also look forward to seeing Luigi take heed of Cindy's leadership and continuing growing into an exemplary employee and future business leader in his own right.

I saw on Google Map that the closing was at 4:00 am, I arrived with 15 minutes left and no one wanted to answer me for the self-service while I was still inside the restaurant. Maybe you can't trust the service time, I drove for more than 20 minutes for nothing.

I were hungry after few hours working hard . Stop for something quick. Exploring Florida and I saw new name for me and I decided to stop and give a try . . The results: very disappoint…. Why : 0 positive people. 20-25 minutes to make my order . I order number 2 from the board. They give me totally different meal chichi that was over fried.Also without drink that supposed to come with meal .
At same time they did the service on few cars that come after me on drive true area . Won’t recommend them !
