while the other Burger establishments talk a good game about value, checkers is the only one who follows through on that promise. I am down on my luck without much money but my friend and I are able to feast at checkers. kudos for your great strategy and excellent food. And the service is especially exceptional given how busy the job is

I hate Checkers on OBT, I walked and ordered a four dollar meal. It took almost 30 minutes before I got my sandwich, and they wanna take their time and on the phone. This Spanish young lady talk a lot of trash instead of doing her job, and she had her boyfriend on the job trying to protect her and her nasty mouth. He almost got a behind whipping from me. They are slow and nasty attitude, I want be going back there anymore. If things are not going to get better, someone is going to get hurt. People's have jobs and trying to get something quick. This will not be a good place for them to go.

The staff were cold and showed no interest in customer service, they are rude, unprofessional, and act like customers are a bother. and the drive-through was poorly managed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service, but for now, I cannot recommend this place. If you don’t want to waste your time and money, avoid this place at all costs!

Went to the store today at 12 o’clock nobody came to the window. Nobody took my order. I thought I was at Chick-fil-A. I didn’t know if they were open or not so I circled around again nobody in the store. Nobody to take my order wow.

I visited this Checkers last night around 2 AM and had a very disappointing experience. A man claiming to be the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, and as I was walking away, he actually cursed at me. If this person is truly the manager, it reflects very poorly on the establishment. I hope the company takes this seriously, because customers should never be treated this way.

Bugs on my drink food missing I just had a baby this is disgusting in the hospital didn't get what I order then for bugs to be on my drink ? Reporting this store and for the cherry on top it was cold temperature wasn’t right dashes asked if evening was in there worker stated yes she stated they were In a rush and was just putting stuff in the bag don't order
